Today was supposed to be the perfect day. Well perfect was a subjective term because perfect for some meant a blue sky but for others it meant rain. Your idea of a perfect day was a day with very little interruption but today your whole world was crumbling down and all you could do was shake in sadness and fear. But before the worse things seemed perfectly fine.
You sat in the living room waiting for Youjin to get ready, today was the day he was finally going to meet your parents. You were extremely excited but Youjin was the epitome of nervous. He slowly crept out of your bedroom and sat next to you on the couch. You gave him a reassuring peck on the cheek, you knew that Youjin wasn't a huge fan of bodily contact but he gradually opened up and you'd occasionally shower him with kisses. "It's okay baby, they'll love you." Youjin smiled "I'm ready to meet them just a bit nervous."

The drive to the restaurant was decent but filled with silence. You turned on the radio and Youjin's death grip on the steering wheel loosened as he began humming along to the latest song. After what seemed like ages you finally arrive at the agreed meeting place. " Y/N there's no parking space," Youjin says as his grip on the steering wheel began to tighten. "Relax baby let's just use the parking garage." Youjin gave you a soft smile " You're right, I'm just really nervous."

After a few minutes of hopeless wandering, you finally find a space, unfortunately, it was on the tenth floor. You both stepped out of the car and began walking toward the nearest elevator, that's when things went haywire. Suddenly you hear loud explosions and the ground began to shake. You slowly turn toward Youjin and noticed that all the color has drained from his face. In mere seconds random chunks began falling from the sky. Youjin grabbed your hand and the two of you began running for your lives attempting to dodge the fallen chunks of the sky.

The ground shook furiously and the Earth made a thunderous noise. You both fell to the ground, trying to stand was useless due to the fact that you'd just be thrown back down again. When you gathered enough strength to look up Youjin was six feet away from you. The rough shaking of the earth began to die down and you regained your balance. As you made your way toward Youjin the ground opened up. All you could do was cry in despair. "It's okay I can make it." He weekly assured you. You wanted to say something but the only thing that came out was a cry of disbelief.

The worse was yet to come. Youjin backed up and began to run toward you. When he jumped you almost had him. As he reached out to you the earth's mouth opened wide like the jaws of a greedy child and Youjin was gone. Just like that his tragic fate was sealed as he fell down the dark abyss. You tried grabbing him but you were a split second too slow. All you could do was scream his name as you watched him fall with tear filled eyes. And that's the moment your world slipped away.
