after the members bought cake and presents for jennie, they headed back to the dorm, except for jisoo.
she told them to bring her gifts for her girlfriend because she had to go somewhere and she has business to attend to. the younger members thought it was that important so they just headed back.
however, jisoo walked towards the nearest cafe from their dorm. as she entered, she ordered a drink before sitting down. later on, she spotted a familiar face so she approached the person.
"jisoo, you're here," the person smiled at her.
"hey, jinyoung, how are you?" jisoo smiled back at him as she sat down at the seat across from him.
"same old, same old, so how is your relationship with jennie?" jinyoung asked with curiosity.
"i actually want to talk to you about it," jisoo said sadly.
"huh, why? did you two fight or something?" he asked worriedly.
"no, we didn't, it's just..." jisoo glanced at her drink and jinyoung rose his eyebrow.
"i don't understand my feelings towards her anymore," she sighed.
"oh, so, you don't know whether you still love her or not?" jisoo just nodded.
"it's something like that, i'm just so confused right now. i don't know if i should break up with her because my feelings for her are slowly disappearing..." she frowned.
"hm... how about you talk with her about this? but, i'm guessing you won't since it's her birthday today," jinyoung suggested.
"...i'll call her since i didn't greet her yet and i'll tell her that we have to talk about this," jisoo bit her lip as she took her phone out and called her girlfriend.
later, when jisoo ended the call, she covered her face in despair, with her elbows on the table.
"i don't really know if you want to break up with her, you're obviously stressed about it," jinyoung said with worry.
"i don't even know anymore, i convinced myself that my feelings for her are gone," jisoo started to cry as she mumbled more.
"jisoo, please don't cry-" and she looked at him with tears falling from her eyes.
"i just don't want to hurt her..."
