I woke up the next morning and got ready; I slipped a gun in the waist of my jeans and covered it with my t-shirt. I'd gone over the plan with Thor plenty times last night, I was sure it was going to work. I'd also practiced blocking my thoughts without having to think about it so the thing inside Loki wouldn't know I was up to anything. I popped up in the middle of the cell and Loki looked at me with his newly pale blue eyes and smirked but I kept my face straight, I knew by now Loki wasn't really Loki, the person in him was controlling him now, and his plan was set in motion. "I want in" I stated and a dark smile crept onto his face, he walked closer to me and put his hands behind his back "What are you up to, girl?" I smirked in what I hoped was a deceiving way "I want to know what it's like to be in control for once" I lied and watched him carefully. He just continued to smile, and his eyes were boring into me making me slightly uncomfortable. "I'm going to need my scepter" he stated.

After transporting to the lab I walked over to the staff and bent down to examine it. I couldn't belive I was doing this, I felt terrible, I couldn't tell Tony or Bruce about it and I knew Loki was planning to unleash the hulk. He told me about his plan and where I should be and when. As much as I'd been in the lab this past week I'd never really looked at the weapon. It was actually really cool, I kind of wanted it, but knowing it had killed innocent people made me feel sick. I was taking a lot of this well. In fact I'd taken this whole week well. Another thought hit me. Usually when anything even slightly odd happens to me I have an attack. But I haven't had one since Coulson forced me into helping, since I took that pill. The pill! Tony must have done something; I'd never been to the doctor so that wasn't a prescription. Tony had to have made some thing on his own. I quickly turned around to Tony who was back by his computer but was looking at me "When did you get here?" he asked but I stepped forward "Doesn't matter, but I think we need to talk, What was that pill you gave me?"

Tony wasn't stupid, he knew that if he was caught by me he couldn't lie his way out of it. Sighing he looked back on his computer then tapped a few things "Come here" he said and I complied looking at the screen, there were two things pulled up he pointed to the first which was almost covered in red streaks with a black back ground "This is your blood, or more specifically your blood during an attack" he started I was about to ask how he stuck a needle in me during an attack but he continued "You're freaking out so bad you don't realize what's going on, anyways; This-" he pointed to another screen "is what someone else's blood would look like during stress or fear" this side had considerably less red streaks running over it "I focused the pictures so only the epinephrine shows in red. Mel, your body produces three times more than an average person. The pill I gave you affects adrenal glands slightly so they don't produce as much during a situation where you might have an attack. Although it may be the reason for your mood going up and down so much lately, you should get used to it."

I looked at him confused he wasn't a doctor and last time I checked he didn't know this much about the human body, he was better with machines "How do you even know this stuff" I asked voicing my suspicions. He only shrugged "I studied, and I may have had a little help from an old friend. But that doesn't matter it helps right? No attacks?" I nodded and ran my hands through my hair "No I haven't had any" he smiled slightly "Good, you need to take one of those pills every forty-eight hours" he muttered "In fact..." he dug in his pocket and pulled out a bottle "You might want to take one soon" he then went back to work. I nodded then stopped "Forty-eight hours? We've been on this ship thing for a week and I haven't had any pills." Tony only smirked "Coffee" he said and I glared at him, I was about to tell him off but Fury came busting in "What are you doing, Stark?"

"I could ask the same about you" Tony said leaning against a table.

"You should be locating the Tesseract"
