Chapter 31- Demonic Devil

"Blight refers to a specific affecting in response to infection by a specific symptom affecting plants in response to infection by a pathogenic organism. It is a rapid and complete chlorosis, browning, then death of plant tissues such as leaves, branches, twigs, or floral organs. Accordingly, many diseases that primarily exhibit this symptom are called blights."Abigail explained.

"No wonder this painting is a withered daphnes, with bloods on it...?"Alex said. "Hmm...You got a point there.. And if I'm not mistaken, Emilia,Xena and another person are friends but went through a horrible past."Abigail said.

"Wait..How about we linked all of this together.. First,Emilia. She lived in a mansion with her family, but passed away on 1957 due to a car accident. Her family's soul had moved on but unfortunately, that girl is still wandered around the mansion. She needs 24 victims to do a ritual, is to bring her family back to life again......she needs three more victims left for her to complete the ritual. Next, Xena. She was adopted and lived with the mad uncle who obsessed with his painting. But we don't know what had caused her death. Finally, the girl who encounter Blight. She had burned down the mansion and caused her family to die. She also had a father that treated her very badly. But we don't know what caused her death too."Alex continued,"The person who encountered Blight was during Emilia's parents were still alive and Xena's adopted parents too. So I'm sure that person had showed Emilia the painting Blight that caused her to do the ritual..."

"Yea. But we still don't know half of their story. We almost reach the conclusion though."Abigail said.

THUCK!!!

Something dropped behind the two of them. "What?"Abigail then turned around and saw a girl on the floor. "Ouch...."The girl on the floor cried out in pain. "Wait. Shereena?!"Alex shouted. "Finally out!"Shereena shouted as she stood up. "Don't tell me you're the one that was in that painting?"Abigail question. The painting was now blank.

"Yea."Shereena nodded. "I'm glad you're save."Abigail relief. "I heard the conversation between you two about Xena, Emilia and the another person. The another person that you talked about was Rinka."Alex and Abigail's eyes widen as soon as Shereena mentioned that.

"How..did you know?"Alex asked. Shereena explained,"My aunt talked about her before." "Then what the caused of her death?"Abigail asked.

"After Rinka burned down the mansion, she went to an art gallery. That was where she encountered this painting ,Blight. Since then her attitude started to get strange. So my aunt decided to investigated on her. She said that a few days ago, Rinka went to an art gallery. But there's a painting that had changed her attitude.    Blight. It was the only painting that had changed her. Rinka soon made a contract with a Devil.First,it was small. Then it getting worse. And one day,she saw the Devil. She asked for it to kill her so that she can stay with her family. But everything went wrong. The Devil took her soul and manipulated it. The body of the girl was now a vessel for the Devil."Shereena continued,"Then a few nights ago, it visited my aunt. The Devil pretend to be nice to her first. But my aunt noticed that it wasn't Rinka who visited her. She called Father Brown before Rinka went to her house. So my aunt hid Father Brown in a room and other church members. When Rinka went to her house, my aunt acted nicely in front of her. After that, Rinka was sealed in an empty closet,and surrounded by God words. Soon, the house that my aunt lived in was abandoned."

"The Devil...?"Abigail muttered. "I'm afraid that wasn't the end of the story..."Shereena said. "What?"Alex shocked. "The Devil is now wandered around in this mansion..."
