Liza's pov
I can't believe that I ran into the Bat and that I broke down in front of him. Luckily Ivy and Seline came to my rescue. I was a wreck from seeing Dick.
I mean that jerk just left me for a wealthier family. He promised me that he would never leave me like my family did. Yet there he went to have some different life without me. I can't believe that he left Selene or Ivy either. They took us in, SAVED us from the streets and taught us how to fight.
When we got home I was bombarded with questions by two very worried people.
"Kitten are you okay, you never act up like that? Did he hurt you, so help me the next time I see him I'll —
"Selene chill down our little plant can handle herself , I am sure that something had her upset before that happened. Why don't we let her explain."
Ivy said interrupting Selene.
"Okay" Selene said in a defeated tone.
All I had to say was one simple sentence. I-I-I s-a-a-w d-d-dick.

Selene pov 🐱🐱
My poor kitten has broken down in front of me. I do the only thing I could think of. I went and held her while she cried. She has been through a lot, especially the "incident". That really broke her down so much that she left for 6 months to try to get better. I look at Ivy and she understands what to do. She gets her plants to put Liza to sleep. After Liza is out I put her to bed then go to talk with Ivy about what to do.

Liza dream pov
Me and Dick was trying to find a place to sleep that night when we herd a cat meowing in pain so like the cat lovers we are we went to help. The cat was trapped in a beautiful row of vines. Dick went to get the cat out of the vines but when he took the knife out I asked him to not hurt the plants. He just laughed and said that he would never hurt the plants. He said it was to loosen the plants and to get the thorn out of the cat's foot. After the cat was free we herd a sound so we went into defense mode. Dick still holding the cat me holding the vines. Out of the shadows came two people. They were Cat-woman and Poison Ivy.

Liza pov
I woke up startled at the memory. Not wanting to go back to sleep in fear of having another flashback I get up. I went to the kitchen and heated up some warm chocolate milk to calm my nerves. The microwave beeped letting me know my drink is done. As I sip my drink I remember the times in the circus before Dick's parents and my only home changed leaving both Dick and I homeless. I don't notice my tears till i felt something drop on my hand. I wipe my tears away and finish my drink, putting it the sink.
