I regret asking for help,
But you need other's to survive,
I only asked help to the wrong persons,
The people who are ready to help will approach you even if you don't know them.
It's not always that we need to ask why,
Some truly come without a reason.
So let go of the people who let you in your dark days,
Hold on to the people who held you tight instead.
Do not ever think of turning back,
And meeting the beast again.
Move on, there will be more beasts to come on your way.
Do not repeat the same mistakes.
Fight and run, laugh and scream
Don't let yourself be a feast again.
Nail it in your mind,
Stand still and let your defenses up.
Do not shut people away from you,
Only the people who did not help you.
Remember, our work is to breathe and wait,
There will be a right time for us to reach the end.
So don't take away your life,
If you're feeling it let's talk then.
I'm open, we are alive,
We will fight, we won't be in the dark again.

PoesíaSome people may not understand the content and some may relate. I want people to know that this is common and might eat you alive. They say when you know you're being a victim, seek help. But it's not everytime that people will help people.
