Mias's pov
I opened my eyes and all was blurry at first, but when I could see again I saw Shawn laying next to me and stareing at me. "How long are you awake?" I asked him while yawning. "More than an half hour." I then looked at him confused. "And you were looking at me the whole time?" He nodded with a smile. "But why didn't you wake me?" "You were so peaceful while sleeping. I didn't want to ruin that. It was late last night when we arrived home. So I let you rest." I smiled at his sweetness. How can he be so perfect?! "So. What are we gonna do today?" He asked me. "Hmm. I thought about laying in bed all day and do nothing." He then smiled at me. "Sounds good to me." I then got closer to him and laid my head on his chest while he hugged me. I wrapped my arms around him to hug him back. This is perfect to me. I still felt sleepy so I closed my eyes. And felt myself fading away...
Shawn's pov
I woke up and Mia was still sleeping. She must be tired from yesterday. I looked at her. She looked so perfect. Peaceful. There is nothing in the world that could make me wake her up. I don't want to do that. Why would you wake a sleeping beauty if she can wake up when she wants?
I wanted to kiss her so badly, but I don't want to wake her up. So I just enjoyed the view. Her mouth was slight open and I could hear her breath.
I was looking at her for more than 30 minutes and couldn't get enough when she slowly opened her eyes. She blinked a little but then saw me. "How long are you awake?" She asked still sleepy. "More than an half hour." "And you were looking at me the whole time?" I just nodded. "But why didn't you wake me?" I smiled at her. "You were so peaceful while sleeping. I didn't want to ruin that. It was late last night when we arrived home. So I let you rest." Then she smiled back. "So. What are we gonna do today?" I asked. "Hmm. I thought about laying in bed all day and do nothing." She answered and I then smiled at her. "Sounds good to me." She then got closer to me and laid her head on my chest while I hugged her. She wrapped her arms around me to hug me back. And then she slowly closed her eyes. She still looked sleepy and that's when she fall asleep again. I listened to her heartbeat and now I know what she ment by loving the sound of my heartbeat. It's the same for me. It's relaxing and I could listen to it the whole day.
After a long time she woke up and this time we decided to get out of bed. We made breakfast together and ate. Every morning with her is perfect. After breakfast we cleaned up and decided to watch tv. She cuddled under the blanket next to me and I enjoyed it. I'm so happy she loves me as much as I love her.
So we watched movies and tv shows for the past two hours. It wasn't boring as long as Mia is with me. "Hey Shawn?" She then asked. "Yes?" "Let's go for a walk. And then maybe go to the park?" "That's a good idea. Let's go!"
We changed into ather clothes and went for a walk. We soon arrived at the park and we continued walking near the beautiful lake. Holding hands. "It's beautiful here." "Not like you princess." I say with a smirk. "So cheesy Shawn!" She said laughing. Her laughing made me laugh too.
We sat on a bench and enjoyed the view. More like I was enjoying the view next to me, Mia. I don't know what's wrong with me. I never felt like that for someone. My feelings are so strong for her. I would everything for her. Everything. Just so she could be happy.
After a long time sitting thete we decided to go home. When we arrived we made dinner and talked. Talking to her the best. She can listen and understand me. I love that about her. Soon it was time to sleep cause tomorrow we had to go to work.
I made myself go on the bed and Mia laid next to me leaning her head on my chest. I wrapped my arms around her and gave her a goodnight kiss. "Goodnight." "Goodnight."
