Anniversary

       "Mudzzz-" Tonight was what 2D and Murdoc liked to cal somewhat of a "Date Night". "Yes 'D?" 2D plopped on the couch beside him. "Noodle and Russ have left." He looked at Murdoc with pleading eyes. Murdoc lifted his arm from his side, allowing 2D to snuggle close to him.
     "Dont get too comfortable, luv." 2D got too comfortable anyways. He loved snuggling up to Murdoc. Even if he smelled like cigarettes and alcohol. Murdoc began to run his fingers through 2Ds hair, a small grin coming onto his face.
      2D hummed in response, somehow pushing himself into Murdocs body even more. "Luve yew." He mumbled, smiling up at Murdoc. "Love you too, blu." Murdooc said, kissing him on the forehead.
       The two stayed like that, talking and just sitting in silence for awhile. "Yew wanna go sumwhere?" 2D smirked up at Murdoc. Murdoc seemed to like where this is going, smirking in response. "Where to?"
      2D pulled Murdoc off of the couch, pulling him to the foyer. Murdoc crossed his arms, the smirk still plastered to his face. 2D pulled him into the kitchen- the smitk leaving. "Dirty" 2D smirked. "Yew know you can't get me excited like that Blu." 2D looked down, and then back up at Murdoc. "Its fun though. Now." He opened the fridge, pulling out one of those small cakes. Murdoc smiled. He was glad that 2D had remembered their 5 month anniversary.
    "Noodle kept asking 'bout it so I jus' put happy birfday on it. Then she kept asking about that so I said it was fi' you're birfday but its late." He snickered at the end. "Awe, Stu. You didn't have to-" 2D cut him off with a kiss, smiling. "But I love yew. It hasn't always been too great but I love yew." Murdoc was genuinely about to tear up. He hugged 2D, lokki g back at the cake. The two grabbed a slice, sitting on the couch. "Happy birfday Mudz" the blue haired man laughed.
     The two finished their cake, throwing the paper plates in the sink. They snuggled for awhile until Noodle and Russ came back. They parted as the car pulled up 2D frowning.

     "Don't worry Blu, we'll continue to celebrate tonight in my room." Murdoc raised his eyebrows. "O-oh!" 2Ds face became flustered, but he smiled.
  
       "Whats up with him?" Russel asked.
      Murdoc replied, smirking.  "Eh. I  dunno."
