ch6: Chocolate

It's the first week of a new month, meaning a certain Slytherin is slouched in Hogwarts' kitchen, moaning in pain. Deep down, she knows sugar can't cure her cramps, but that doesn't stop the Fifth Year from shoving spoonfuls upon spoonfuls of chocolate ice cream into her eager mouth, swearing it helps ease the ache. Her spare hand reaches down to yank off her second sock, shoe-and-all, which she thrusts towards her bat-eared companion.

"Another!" she commands the elf, who obediently tops up the bossy girl's bowl before carefully tucking the sock into his sack next to its partner.
