SnowBarry: Come Home To Me

Caitlin ran into the cortex to find Cisco, Wally and Joe standing there. "Where's Jack?" She asked, confused.
"When Barry went into the speed force, he rewrote time, Jack was never born...". Wally told her.
"Right anyway, bringing Barry back! It is 100% possible guys!" Cisco yelled in excitement, "But Caitlin, I need you. You are Barry's lightning rod, for say, to this dimension, he loves you so much and I believe, with a few technical advantages, we can bring him back!" He carried on.
Caitlin looked at him, willing to accept any hope to bring Barry back. "So what do I do?" She asked, eager to bring him home.
"Well, first of all, we go to ferris air field. Once there, we use the speed force bazooka, which has been modified to a skeleton key, to open a Portal into the speed force. We then use this..." Cisco got a red orb out, "This has been programmed with Barry's unique genetic markers, this will trick the speed force into thinking he's still there. And that's where Caitlin comes in, all she has to do is put her arm in the portal to the speed force, and hopefully Barry will follow her home." Cisco explained his plan.

Caitlin sat down, debating wether bringing Barry back was safe. She loves him so much and wants nothing more than him to come back but if doing this puts the whole planet at risk, is it really worth it? As Cisco ran back and forth, getting the equipment ready, Caitlin rushed to come to a decision, she didn't know what to choose. Can they really be sure that this will work? Eventually she decided, she couldn't live without Barry anymore. "Is everything ready Cisco?" Caitlin asked him.
"Yeah I've got everything I need, let's go" Cisco stated, gesturing to the door. He wanted his best friend back, so he ignored the fact that this might not work. After talking to Harry, Jesse and Felicity, he was so sure that it would work, they all were. Non of them cared what could happen, they just want Barry home. That means doing anything necessary, no matter how ridiculous it seemed.

Caitlin watched as Cisco, Joe and Wally strolled out the cortex and headed to the garage. She sat for a second, lost in thought and daydreams. Usually she has daydreams about Barry, this isn't a new thing for her. Every time she would have a daydream, a wide smile would form on her face. They always made her feel like Barry was really with her and she would never want to snap out of it, but almost every time, someone would break her trance and she'd lose that smile. At that moment Cisco walked in and snapped his fingers in front of Caitlin. "Hey! You good? We're ready to go." He told her before starting to walk, breaking her trance, she slowly followed him to the Van. In her mind, there's still a 50/50 Chance that they can bring Barry back but Cisco seemed to believe it's a solid 100. See, Cisco was always confident like that, always holding on to the smallest bit of hope, It might be a thing that Barry taught him. Either way this hope could be the whole reason Barry returns to them, or the reason for their sadness.

Once in the Van, they all remained pretty silent, nothing had to be said, just by looking at each other they could all tell what they were thinking. They could see the worry, fear and the slight bit of hope in their eyes. Joe had the most hope in his eyes, Barry was like a son to him and he'd lost him. After loosing Iris and then loosing Barry, there is nothing he wants more than the have Barry out the speed force, and he held on to the only chance of that happening with the tightest grip he could. Of course he wanted Iris to come home to him too, but that seemed near impossible. How can you bring someone back from the dead?

Cisco kept driving till they got to the air field. He thought they had luck here before so maybe, just maybe a bit of good luck is all they need. Super excited to 'get the show started' and he'd say, Cisco quickly set up all the tech necessary to bring Barry home. Within 5 minutes, everything was ready and they were about to bring Barry home. Caitlin stepped into position and Cisco readied the speed force Bazooka, they simple nodded to one another and in a second, Cisco fired it, opening the speed force. The sphere locked on to Barry and duplicated his DNA, and then, the impossible happened. Barry reached his arm out. Almost instantly, Caitlin grabbed his arm and pulled him out. Once seeing this, Cisco shut the portal and everyone stood in shock. Barry Allen had returned!
