World of Emma
Emma was born with gifts and advantages. Emma had dark skin, with gorgeous complications. Amazing freckles, and wonderful personality and gorgeous curly hair extremely smart.
"EMMA!" Mom yelled
"EMMAAA" mom yells again
"EMERALD!" Mom shouts which fills the air with moms last words hanging until I grab it.
"Huh?" I say inside my bed crunched in a large ball. " it's Saturday thoughhhh!"
"No. It's Monday Emerald, Monday." She says in a annoyed voice starting to drag me out the bed with her words.
Well, where did I get the name Emerald from? Your probably not caring about that right now but, I hate being called Emerald and my middle name Emma is a lot better. Why don't I like that name? Well your thinking Emerald the precious gem green and gorgeous! So are my eyes. Green and gorgeous like a Emerald. Why do I hate it? People are more focused on the fact that my name is Emerald and my eyes are green and they go together so well. They never talk about my personality or anything the only thing people talk about is my eyes they never want to talk to me. Or anything. Just ma eyes. My Emerald eyes.

School isn't really my favorite place because, people like my "friends" are always talking about my eyes. I hang out with binge Ben. He doesn't notice anything because he's to busy binge watching the first season of Friends. He's nice and has a amazing personality. Kind of just like me. Sometimes I feel like he's not paying attention half the time unless I mention they are finally coming out with a new season of Rick and Morty. Honestly he's the best friend I ever had. As I was telling him about Chemistry class I caught my eye on this guy. This really really cute guy. Why is he so cute? His eyes are green just like mine! Hopefully we can relate being the only two green eyed people in the school. I got up and told Ben I'm leaving and said bye. I picked my backpack up and walked up to him.
" hey what's your name?" I said looking down being a bit more shy than usual
" hi I'm Jack, I bet your here cause you like my ey-" his voice trailed off as he saw my head go up to reveal my eye color.
"Eye color?" I said continuing his sentence for him. "My name is Emerald. You don't have to call me Emma like everyone else though."
"Hey Emerald I'm new here, I just came from Sazliz high" he says
We really hit it off. Really. Today I wasn't really surprised what Jack told me.
" hey Emerald, I know we've only knew each other for a couple months but I like you. Really like you. Will you be my girlfriend" his voice stumbled on every other word. "Your the only one who sees beyond my eye color. You warm my heart."
"Of course I would be your girlfriend why wouldn't I be!" I say energetically "I love you"
"Love you too" he says as he lays a arm on my shoulder and I lay on his chest like a pillow.
