Okay, without looking on the internet, the main purpose of the scientific method is to easily do an experiment by using the steps, and show how you did all that in the conclusion.
Right?
I don't know, don't quote me on that, it was a while ago when I learned it.
And the steps are:
1. Ask a question.
2. Do research on it.
3. Make your hypothesis.
4. Test your hypothesis by doing your experiment.
5. Look over your data and make a conclusion.
6. Report your results and say if they were right.
I think there's only six, but I could've messed up one.
