"Why are you here?". I looked into his beautiful eyes. "Meg, I need you, I want you. I should've seen it sooner, but I was..". "Anthony stop it, you don't know what you're talking about and I got back together with my boyfriend.". He looked confused and unhappy. "Can we at least be friends?" He grabs my hand and looks me in the eyes. "I really want to go back to the way things were. Before the drama and the chaos. Just you and me having fun. As FRIENDS.". I nod in agreement, because I missed this, I missed us. As FRIENDS. He walked over the last inches to me and embraced me in one of his special hugs. I could feel tingles through my whole body. How does he make me feel this way. Like my whole body is jelly. I used to feel this with John, I used to. But I love him, I do. I really do. Do I? Yes I do.
"Dinner is ready!", my mom screams from downstairs. "Coming!" We break our hug and he looks me in the eye one last time.
Anthony's POV:
Her mom just called for dinner, so we walk downstairs. I can't believe she got back together with her boyfriend. I really messed up, I came to late. But don't worry, I'm going to get her, she will be my girlfriend , not yet, but soon enough.
"It smells so good in here.", I turn to her mom and she smiles at me. "Aww, thank you Anthony. Come on kids, sit down, let's eat.". We sit down, Meg right next to me and her parents on the other side of the table. We started to eat and talk. Her mom is constantly leaving hints about me and her dating. Meg is just shaking her head, I think she is embarrassed. She gets kind of mad and says: "Mom, you know I have a boyfriend.". Now her mom shakes her head: "I don't even know why you are in a relationship with hin, he has hurt you so many times.". Her mom hates her boyfriend and so does her dad. Which is good for me, because they love me.
