One week later:

"What the hell?" Mary and Ralph at each other's throats, each day since the first day, the day Ralph was leader. Mary and Ralph have feelings for one another that they have no idea why they feel this.

"Mary, he's doing his best relax have some food, look I caught a pig," Jack said munching on a leg.

"I don't give a shit about your pig, he needs to get the fire wood chopped and he is taking to long, the fire will go out," she whined, she caught her self before she annoyed even her own mind set.

"If you shut up, it will be done faster," Ralph said holding the chopped logs. "Do you mind moving a bit faster?" Ralph yelled at Mary as he pushed the wood into her back.

"Why don't you suck a dick?" she snapped and walked a little bit slower to be a pain in the ass.

"They should not be alone anymore together, they will kill each other." Kara said as the two went up. "and besides, if they hated each other so much how come they never left each other's side." Kara was right, they were always together, where ever she went, he went, where ever he went, she went, they almost had a love for each other.

The two carried the chipped wood up the mountain where the hopefully seen signal fire was going so hot that, some of grass around it lost it's color and water, from a lush carpet to dry waste of a patch.

"Mary you idiot! You put all of it in the fire, now we are going to have to cut more in two hours!" Ralph screamed at her, his once beautiful sound voice now sounds like a group of birds squeaking and squawking at her every move.

"Shut up, are you forgetting about the wood you brought up." she said rolling her eyes at him and she walked back down the side of the mountain. he stared at her as she back away. he placed the wood down, then started back down the mountain. To the rest of the group Mary was kind and sympathetic to the needs of everyone, but to Ralph she seemed to be a wild beast, snapping and yelling at everything he did.

The powerful wave of emotion can change even the people who once hated each other, to loved ones.

Later by the camp fire, the group sat around it talking about past lives and such, the only thing keeping them from going totally mad,

"I remember I had this teacher who called my mom a bitch." The group laughed at just another story of past life that will soon be forgotten about, and all they think about is sex and the drama with it, but for now a last chance of innocence, it's the sunset of their teen years, saying good bye and warning them of the darkness of night or in other words, the sex and everything terrifying that comes with it.

The young cheerful faces, in search for rescue, will become the monsters they keep inside.

Falling a sleep under the small leaf shelters that the group made for everyone to have almost a private room, but exposing all.

"Mary?" Rosella whispered as the rest of the group fell asleep.

"Yeah?" Mary whispered back.

"Can you keep a secret?", Mary and Rosella's were close, so most nights they would talk to one another.

"I have this massive crush on Piggy, but don't tell anyone," Rosella said smiling.

"I won't don't worry," Mary said with a smile and a small chuckle.

"Do you have a crush?" Rosella asked giggling.

Mary chuckled to herself. "I'm unsure,"

"What about Ralph, he seems to have his eyes on you." she said with stern serious voice. "So does Jack, but he doesn't look at you with deep eyes."

"What are you talking about? No not Ralph he is immature and he doesn't look at me like that. He wants to kill me half the time." Mary said looking at Rosella with a smile shaking her head 'no'.

"Fine, don't believe me. And don't tell Kara, I feel like she's a girl that would bully me if we weren't in this situation." Mary thinking deeply of what Rosella, how he seemed different but maybe he just didn't like her. "I'm tired and good night." Rosella said turning on her other side. Mary slowly fell asleep after her, dreaming of home and her parents, who she will most likely end up as, worrying about taxes and the teachers. Cleaning and cooking all day for her husband, a business man. She knew about the housewife life she would life for her, simple and lifeless. The next morning Mary got up early than everyone else so she could wash off the dirt and sweat from the past few days. Getting the small soap bar she found in her luggage, and the tooth brush, she ran up to this little pool of water a little bit past the shelters, and a bit deeper in the woods. She took her faded gross clothes off, placing them on the rock near by.

As Mary was cleaning herself, Ralph accidentally saw her, her pretty fine body, he saw it, his heart racing by hiding behind a tree, he felt the beat of his chest grow faster and faster. he couldn't help but look, look at this creature as if she was something new, a new excitement grew in his stomach, he felt something like this but not the magnitude that he feels looking at Mary's naked body. Everything she did we watched with passion, watching her was so wrong, but it felt so right, her beauty, her grace. With this dirty behavior Ralph realized he was actually in love with Mary.
