Have you ever been in so much pain that your body felt paralyzed
Well that is how I felt the day that you said goodbye
You looked me in my eyes and much to my surprise
Filled my heart with lies and said it was I you despised
Immediately I felt like glass breaking inside
Because you shattered my image of you through my eyes
Heartache instantly rushed my nerves as I was unable to move
Frozen still in that moment because it proved to be pivitol
That's the day I realized that all that glitters isn't gold
And all diamonds found aren't worth treasuring
You destroyed me and now I'm forced to stand here still.
