I woke to people talking in the corner of my room, I looked and saw the doctor. Last night the royal family left at 8:30 last night after out discussion they had shock written all over their faces. the door opened and I thought of pretending to be asleep, that was until Austin came in.
"Hey how are you feeling?"
"Good I guess" he had a little smile on his face
"You know that you left my dad speech less last night"
"Now that I think about it, it feels like I disrespected him, you know him being king and all" all he did was shrug his shoulders.
"When do you get out?"
"In a week" I lied I get to leave today. I saw the dissapoment on his face.
"Oh well when you get out-" was all he could say a guard ran into the room
"Prince Austin you are needed in the king's study NOW!" Austin ran out of the room and I was left alone wondering what happened.
AUSTINS P.O.V
I ran out of Amanda's hospital room and all the way to the third floor and threw open my fathers door
"WHAT" I said it a little louder than I intended.
"Austin sit down please" my mom said. I sat down and look at them, my dad let out a long breath.
"Austin Amanda might be a rebel" I felt anger boiling inside of me, why would my dad say that.
"What, why would you even say that, and if so why would they be after her?" my mom looked at my dad.
"He has a point Maxon, why would they be after Amanda if she was a rebel? I think you are jumping to conclusions?"
"What?" my dad said he had a confused face
"Why are you getting so offensive?" my dad said
"Because Amanda is my favorite!" as soon as I said it I put my hand over my mouth
"What" my dad looked mad
"I know" Was all my mom said
"You like Amanda?, How could you" my dad now looked and sounded mad
"What about Amber"
"Dad, what about her?"
"I thought she was your favorite, you see her everyday in the hospital." All I could do was laugh
"Dad you mean Amanda. Amanda is in the hospital, Amber is Amanda friend, wait does that mean Amber might be a rebel?"
AMANDA'S P.O.V
I got out of the hospital ten minutes ago and I am now walking to my room. the doctors told me that I heeled pretty well. When I opened the door to my room my maids came rushing to me and next thing I knew I was in the middle of a bear hug.
"We missed you so much" said Lucy
"I missed you too"
"We need to get you ready for Dinner" I was rushed into my bathroom. they gave me a quick bath, and put me in a beautiful black high-low dress it was a little layered the top had lace it was an off the sholders.
