Distance Destroys (A Chandler Riggs FanFic)

Chapter 13

*A/N. He y guys before I start this chapter I just wanted to say that I finished chapter two of my new story called Reunited. PLEASE GO READ IT AND VOTE FOR IT. I have a feeling that reunited is going to end up being like 10x better than Distance Destroys. Also this may be a short chapter. *

*JESSS POV*

I wake up to the ear piercing sound of my alarm clock. Today is my last day here. I can't even believe this. And on top of living with chandler I'm getting and audition on the walking dead. Oh my god.

I slip my phone into my hand and take a few minutes to go through all the pictures I took while I was here. I find a selfie. A selfie of me and Sam. One of my best friends who is now dead. Because of me.

I break out into sobs. I storm out of my room with sobs still coming down my cheeks and rush to Chandler's room. I approach his door. I push the door open and I see him asleep on his bed.

I run and I jump next to him on his bed to wake him up but I am still in hard tears.

"OH MY GOD JESS WHATS THE MATTER!" Chandler said with the most worried look on his face.

"I miss sam! It's my fault he is dead." I cry. "Shhh.. Shhhh.. It's okay Jess. None of that was your fault. Shhhh.." Chander quiets me down. I miss him so much. I do realize it's really not my fault but I still feel terrible about it.

I try to drop the subject and the tears stop pouring out of my eyes.

I remains in chandlers arms. I look at him and smile. I get back up and stand next to his bed. I can't believe were leaving today.

"Ready?" He asks me. We're leaving in an hour. I shrug my shoulders. I don't want to leave but I knows it's a good thing.

After I take a shower and get ready to leave I hear knocking at my door. Soon enough chandler walks in. I could be butt naked and he would be standing right there. "Next time you should wait will I open the door!" I winked.

All his bags are in the hallway. He walks over and helps we with the 5 bags I have. Chandler has 7 bags in the hallway because he has been here a lot longer than I have. I grab all 5 of mine and 1 of his so we both are carrying 6 bags to the taxi that will take us to the airport.

We walk outside and the taxi is waiting for us. We load our bags in the trunk and we hop into the back seat. I sit on the right and chandler is in the middle with his arm over my shoulder.

The taxis takes off and I fall asleep with my head on chandlers shoulders.

*CHANDLERS POV*

Jess is still asleep against the window now.

"How much?" I ask the driver.

"Free. I'm a huge fan chandler. No worries to pay. Have fun on set if that is where you're going!" He smiles.

Ha cool I got a free taxi ride to the airport.

"I'll help with your bags, sir." He says grabbing 4 bags.

I shake Jess and she wakes up scared.

"It's okay Jess were at the airport. Let's go." I say helping we out of the car.

We each grab 4 bags and head over to turn in our tickets. The taxi driver hands us our bags back and we wave goodbye as he leaves the airport.

Jess and I load all our bags to the flight and take our seats on the plane. I let her take the window seat. Our flight leaves in 5 minutes and it is a 2 hours flight. I drift off to a deep sleep.

*JESS' POV*

I'm awaken by the loud notices of people exiting the plane. We have just landed in Atlanta. Chandler has already gotten up.

We exit the plane and grab all our bags and go to the pick up section, looking for chans parents and brother. I spot them in the distance.

I grab chandlers shoulder and lead him through the crowd. I haven't seen the Riggs family in years.

All of the sudden a new had grabs my shoulder from behind.

(So guys this is a really short chapter but yah. Please please please go read my new fanfic called Reunited. I promise it will be better than this one ! Tbh I dot really like distance destroys. I think it's kinda boring. But Reunited will be more interesting ^.^ please comment/read/add Reunited. )
