"Spencer what's going on with us?" sam asked putting the car in park
"I don't know sam" I looked out the window then back at him
"What's wrong?"
"Sam everything. You have been so distant this last month, you've blown me off so many times, and what's even worse is I wasn't even the first to know about FGCU, I was the last" I bit the inside of my cheek and held back my tears
"It's just I knew you'd tell me to go, but id be able to see it in your eyes that you wouldn't want me to"
"Sam I would have told you to do what you wanted. It's your future"
"But I want you to be a part of it"
"How am I supposed to be a part of your future if you won't talk to me about it?"
"Spencer I'm trying! But it pains me to see you upset"
"I'm only upset cause I feel like I've done something wrong!" I cried. The hot tears streamed down my face
"Spencer I'm trying"
"Not hard enough sam" I wiped my face and unbuckled my seat
"Where are you going?"
"Who knows anymore" I blinked getting out of the car.
"Spencer" he yelled as I shut the car door.
I started down the trail in the park. The cold air really made me wish I had a coat.

"Hey spencer" I lifted my head off the desk and looked at her
"Hi" I whispered laying my head back down
"You okay?" she say down and patted my back
"Yeah" I lifted my head up once again and sat up straight.
"What happened?" she asked
"I'm not even sure" I shrugged
"Awh sweetie" Rose made a pouting face
"It's fine" I shrugged
"Want to come to my house after school and pig out on ice cream?" she smiled
"Please" I shyly smiled
"Alright class today is reproductive system!" Our health teacher clapped walking in "now any questions about it?"
"Yeah what's the fastest way to get a girl to c....."
"Can we be mature?" I spat at the kid
"Well someone's obviously not getting that D" the kid laughed
"No I heard her and Sam broke up" another boy whispered miserably
"Fuck off" I spat standing up and leaving the class room
"Spencer!" Rose called after me
"What?" I turned to look at her as my eyes filled with tears
"Did you break up?" she asked slowly walking towards me
"I don't know" I couldn't hold back my tears. It's like I couldn't stop
"Oh baby" she frowned bringing me into a hug. I rested my head on her shoulder and looked down the hall to see Sam and Calvin talking
I wiped my eyes and looked back over at Sam and Calvin "I'm gunna go home" I told rose walking down the hall. Only bad part Sam and Calvin were infront of the office. When I reached the office doors me and Sam made eye contact. He opened his mouth and looked like he was going to talk, but didn't. I turned my gaze away and walked into the office.
