So, there is a math contest at my school and it is not mandatory. This means that most people don't take it. This year though, our teacher offered us ice cream if we beat the other classes she teaches. This made the class burst into cheers. This was because there are many smart people in our class. Now to the bad part:
The people in our class started asking me and my friends if we were doing it and I told them I was. Then I went to the contest and there was only 5 people there from our class of 29! These people expect us to do there work for them and they think they deserve an ice cream party. I mean come on! You can't expect other people to do everything for you in the future! I am so mad and so are my friends. Uuggghhh!
Anyway, thanks for listening to my horrific rant and I hope more people will participate in the future.
