Chapter 4

The countries spent all their time reading some of Indonesia history book but they all lead the same thing. They tried to find the exact language about the note but they haven't found a single clue all their search seems so hopeless yet they tried even Vietnam was pushing her limits to bring them back.

America went in only to see the countries asleep with the book near them. He sighed when he decided to not wake them up. When he tried to look for a spot he could sleep in, he accidentally bumps his leg to a pile of books that made the book shook and fall causing a loud thud and woke up all the countries

"Heeeyyyy guyyyssss" He said as he waves awkwardly. Some countries glared (obviously Vietnam and Russia) while some just groan and woke up

"So what did Eygpt said?" England asked trying to get his half-conscious back and working.

"Well, he said..."America paused as he was recalling wither if what Egypt said was right or wrong "...he said he never did give any book to Indonesia especially anything to do with the eye of Ra" When everyone was about to react

"WAIT! He did say that the eye of Ra is symbolizing immortality" America explained the country begun to calm down England was about to talk when America beat him to it "If we connect it, that the eye of Ra is symbolizing immortality and the two rabbits then..."

"Then it means that the white rabbit is good and the black is evil then both good and evil is circling each other in an eternal cycle, Is that what you mean?" England said as he closes the book his reading "As I gathered there was a rabbit founded between Laos and Vietnam is there a connection to it?"

"...Laos" Vietnam said as she remembers her times with Laos when they would style each other hairs or when they cook for the ASEAN she misses those times. She didn't notice that a tear was forming in the corner of her eye then a warm sensation felt in her cheek it was Thailand wiping her own tears.

"Don't worry we'll get their back, I swear we get them back so don't cry now" he smiled. Vietnam felt awful at this situation, she was desperate, and moody, it's so unlike the usual her. just how much she changed after their deaths?

"I-I'm so sorry" Vietnam mumbled

America sighed and look at everyone who was busy, he clapped to get the countries attention "I know you want them back but there are duties that we countries must do so let's continue our hunt after we finished all of our work then we can search for the book"

They were about to protest but America was right they have their own duties to follow.

The countries decided to call it a day and rode a military jeep on the way to the airport. They divided themselves into two groups the first one was; Germany, Italy, Japan, China, and Russia while the other was India, England, America, Thailand, and Vietnam.

America thought it would be convenient to split and not cram them into a single van. The van of Germany went early as expected so they left early minutes later the van of India arrive they went in without hesitation unaware to what should happen next

"India do you anything about Indonesia you are the one who is closest to her" England spoke breaking the silence. India smiled lightly

"I am close to Indonesia but I know someone who she won't admit that she's close with" India jokes as look at the view "I watch her more than you know ever since you colonize me I have troubles worrying over my people and...her but that's ended when I saw her smiling brightly giving me a thumbs up her face is like saying 'look I did it I grew up' to be honest the scene was bittersweet to me since I-I...I have to let her go like any normal would...It hurts"

The van was once quieter, England was about to say something when America went ahead and ask him if India know anything about Philippines

"Philippines well I really don't know her but Indonesia said to me once that Philippines was in pain for many years the memory from her past life was showing more often than she expected her personality was... a bit complex I could say she was insane at some point," India narrowed his eyes when he was Philippines snap that one time it was quite terrifying but the ASEAN only look at her sad than scared, he can only watch from a distance "she is a mature girl that know her duties yet he doesn't know what to do anything that involves her personal life"

"I-I see" America said, England glance at him then back at India

"What do you mean pass memory India?"England asked "I do believe that when we open our eyes our memories are blank we don't know why we are the representatives so did Philippines have a life before she became the representative of the Republic of the Philippines?"

"She doesn't, She was born from it"

"Then---"

Just before England could speak the car turns so suddenly as if it was intentional. The other freaks out at the sudden turn out of events without think they went and grab the side of the car. The driver was fast in his reflexes and was able to escape the fallen van and Thailand was able to see a glance of the driver

The countries fall at the bottom of a mountain, they left their unconscious as a bright light shine above them and fall aside their lying bodies. The light transform to a beautiful woman wearing a white dress as her head was covered with flowers and leaves she touched each country forehead except Vietnam for she gave a kiss in the forehead then disappeared

The countries finally regain their conscious.

"Is everyone alright?" England asked as he put his hand on his head to try and ease his throbbing pain in his head

"I think so everyone seems to be waking up" India said as he check for a dislocated joint but luckily he didn't have any

"Where are we?" Vietnam said as she woke up and reaches for Thailand for support

"I think we're in the forest of Indonesia" Thailand said as he begun looking around. He can only found greenery

"LOOK!" America said as he pointed at something when the countries turn around there was none other but green

"Ok America if this was one of your joke I-"Before Brittan could finish his sentences America pulled him to a direction that he pointed at. He knows he saw somewhere that resembles a lot like Philippines because of this the other followed the two even if they just walk up "America! What's up with you! Where are we running to anyway? NOWHERE!"

"Shut up! Trust me for once" America said as he tried to it again luckily he got a glance of her. The countries might not know but America is just hopeless as the ASEAN not only that but his government inform him about the paranoia that's been going on if he was this close to her then he would run

"America! Shop this instant" England said. America halted at the sudden which England impacted in his back "Bloody hell America!"

"England...is this supposes to be here?"

When England look to where America is staring. He was also dumbfounded with the discovery. It looks like an old abandon temple with different vines and flower wrap on the temple's walls but what got their attention was a woman in white standing in the entrance with a veil on.

She looks like a bride not only that she looks like Philippines with her eyes hidden. America was so startled that he began to shake for the first time before she died he never calls her name again if he did he would ignore it or cut it now he couldn't care anymore

"Philippines?"

"Good day America"
