Duke x Missi oneshots

This is Halloween!

Sorry for not updating for so long!!!!! FORGIVE ME!!!!!🙇 I had exams going on so I didn't have time to check wattpad and update. But, Thank You So Much For The Reads!!!!!!!  Oh my.... I feel like I'm going to faint 😆  still, enjoy!

3rd person's POV

"Dear, are you ready!!!?" Missi shouted from the living room. "Wait a minute, I need my cane!" He shouted back from their bedroom. "You have been in there for 1 hour already!!! Just choose a cane and get over here!!"

"NO! I need the perfect one!"

"If you don't come out, I'll BURN all your CANES!!"

At that moment, he quickly grabbed a random skulled cane and joined her in the living room. "See, wasn't that easy?" She said, as she walked to the door. As she open the door, they saw children of different ages in different costumes in the neighbourhood trick or treating, some with their parents and some not. "Well then, shall we?" Duke said, appearing by her side. "We shall," Missi said,  linking her arms with his as they walked into the neighbourhood.

"This is what humans do on Halloween? Getting piles of candies to  stuff their mouth and rot their teeth with and wear costumes? What a horrific thing to do," duke said, looking at a few children stuffing their mouth into their mouth. Missi rolls her eyes. As they walked, duke saw a house booming with loud music and teenagers. "Look love, did you see that boy in the skeleton suit? Or is that supposed to be a rip off costume of jack skellington? Either way, did you see how he walked into that bush and screamed out 'sorry gandalf'? Things humans do is what I will never understand" duke said. 'Funny, it's like me saying, living and talking to you is something I will never understand,' Missi thought to herself. Then, duke saw another group of teenagers pranking people.
"Ugh, distasteful activities," duke said.

"You practically do the same thing!" Missi said, annoyed by him.

"Love, I only do high class pranks. Those pranks are way too low class and old,"

'Says the man who still loves putting pails of water on the door," she thought to herself.

Then, 2 woman in a witch costumes came up to them. "Oh my god! Your costumes are amazing! I love how you decided to do a couple vampire costume!" The first one said, squealing as the second one nodded. "Are you both a couple?" The second one asked. "Why, yes. We are one," duke said, with a sly smile. "Can we both take a picture with you guys?!" They asked. Duke and Missi panicked when they asked that. They knew they are invisible in pics. "Um.... I don't think we can," Missi said. "Aw, why not?" They asked. "You see, my loved one is sick and she needs to rest," duke said quickly. "Oh well, we can't do anything. Hope you are alright then. Bye you two!" The two woman said as they walked away.

Missi and duke walked home and sigh in relief. " That.. was close," Missi said. "Any moment, we could've been caught," duke said. "So, we're a couple huh?" Missi said, with a cheshire grin. "Aren't we already one? We call each other love and dear. We cuddle and kiss. That proves it right?" He said, smiling at her. She just smiled as they continued their way home.

~at their home~

"It's good to finally be home!" Duke said, landing on the sofa. Missi just giggled at his actions. Suddenly, a bird... No, a skeleton bird with a letter tied around its feet flew into their window and  landed in front of Missi. Missi took the letter and read it. "Dear, I think you need to come here. We've got a letter," she said. "From who?" He said as he walked to her. "It's a letter from Jack and Sally. It appears to be a wedding letter," she said. "Well isn't that surprising. Good old Jack Skellington finally found a wife," he said, taking the letter from her to read it. "Shouldn't we find a gift for the soon to be wedded couple? Their wedding is in 2 days time," she said. "Maybe later, I want to relax for awhile," he said as he embraced her with a loving hug. She leaned her body against his and relaxed from the hug. Duke gave her a loving smile. 'Maybe I could think of marrying her when the time is right. Just like Jack,'
