Angel the hamster, was a mother of about ten babies. I kept her and a baby, the child passed away and Angel died from loneliness.

Okay, hamsters sleep during the day and are awake at night. So it's normal to hear the hamster wheel in the middle of the night.
Anyway, it's about 12 in the morning and I hear the hamsters wheel squeeking. Looking around trying to find what is making the sound.
The old cage that once held two hamsters sat on my shelf. The wheel spinning, then stopping then starting again. Angel loved the hamster wheel.
So every night from then on I can hear the wheel sqeeking. Even now where the cage and wheel are gone I can still hear it.
