Chapter 1: Serious meeting

Chaeyong's POV:

My heart started to beat so fast I suddenly felt dizzy as I was on the elevator on my way up to Yg-nim's office. Luckily, the elevator was slow so it made me mentally prepare myself for what's going to happen.

Perhaps am I being kicked out? Or is it because the fans don't like me because I barely do any activities?

Lately, I haven't been getting any promotions. I'm always at the dorm alone practising or 'resting' while the other girls go get lots of promotions. For example, Jennie goes to lots of fashion events and meets lots of famous people. Lisa goes to dance competitions and focuses on her modelling whilst jisoo hosts lots of shows.

And here's me. Sitting her alone.

The elevator then opens and I sigh as I slowly walk towards his office with my head hung low.

I knocked on the door twice as I heard him yell "come in"

I slowly open the door and immediately bow down to him "hello" I greeted I closed the door behind me and saw my manager and other important yg staffs. I immediately bow down to every single of them in the room and sit down opposite yg since that's the only seat available for me.

"Chaeyoung, as you may know you haven't been given the opportunity for promoting Blackpink by yourself as the other girls and we're sorry. We've booked a lot of shows for you to go on to show your talent since you're an amazing singer. However, in order for you to do them we've decided to push back Blackpink's comeback to November. The fans are getting angry since you haven't been doing anything" he said slowly and I nodded my head "do the other girls know about it? I don't want to be burden" I sighed.

"No no honey, we'll inform them and I'm sure they'll be happy that you'll get to go solo for a bit like the other girls" she smiled. "Thank you very much" I stood up and bowed.

"That's not it" Yg suddenly says and I quickly sit down and look at him confused "then blackpink will do their comeback for a month and you'll be doing some acting" he says and I gasp "acting?" I asked just in case I heard wrong "yes" he smiled "you'll be pared up with Bts V but for the meantime it's a secret only he knows and you'll be meeting up with him tomorrow with your manager for a meeting to discuss the drama. Also, if that goes well since roomate will air a month later the drama is finished you'll both be on roommate together" he finishes with a smile and the other yg workers clap for me.

I'm honestly in lost of words.

"You've got the looks, the style and charisma"

I thankfully bowed. "You'll be having vocals lessons all day tomorrow. I'll give you your schedule since we planned where you'll going and such. And in a month or two, we'll be having another meeting discussing your future career. That's it for now, Chae, you may leave" my manager told me.

I entered my dorm and it was surely silent. I guess the girls are all busy.

Firstly, I make way towards the kitchen to make some pasta. I honestly love pasta so much to the point were my fans call me 'pasta', it's kinda unique and cute. Sadly, there was no pasta left which made me sigh heavily.

Therefore, I decided to make chicken noodles with salad and orange juice since I'm too lazy to make anything else. Plus Jennie made a huge salad and put it in a massive container in the fridge. She often cooks a lot and Lisa as well which I'm thankful for.

As I finish making food I walk towards the living room and switch on to some random drama and intensely watch it. An hour passed by. Suddenly my phone starts to ring which causes me to shake.
