Could This Be Love

Chapter 2

Dillon looks at all three of them in shock and then storms out of Kelly's.

"Well, I better get back to work. Hey, is there anything that I can get for the two of you?" Georgie asks Lulu and Sonny.

Both Sonny and Lulu look at one another before they turn back to Georgie.

"Double fudge chocolate chip brownies and hot chocolate."

Georgie smiles as she writes down their order.

"All right. I'll be right back."

They both nod at her as she leaves before they look at one another.

"Did you mean it when you said that you're going to be there for me and the baby?" Lulu asks as she looks up into Sonny's gorgeous eyes.

Sonny gives her a dimpled grin.

"Of course, I meant what I said. Lulu, I  enjoy spending time with you and the baby. I want to continue to do that. If you'll let me."

Lulu returns the smile as she leans into him resting her forehead against his.

"I want that. I want us to be a family and raise the baby together."

Sonny smiles at her before he leans in and cups her face in his hands and then leans in and kisses her ever so softly on her lips.

Lulu was a little surprised by the kiss but soon she cups his face and returns the kiss before they both soon pull apart.

"Wow! That was perfect and so gentle. I loved it." Lulu says as she stares into his eyes as she reaches out and caresses his face.

"It was perfect. I'm going to do everything in my power to make sure that you and our baby are protected. So, when do you want to tell everyone that we're having a baby?"Sonny replies as he reaches out and strokes her cheek.

Lulu closes her eyes as she leans into his touch as she looks up into his soft brown eyes "We can start telling them as soon as we leave here. We should go and tell my dad but I'm scared."

Sonny gently pulls her to him and holds her as he leans in and kisses her before he pulls back and cups her face "No matter what he says. Nothing is going to stop me from taking care of you and the baby. You and our baby will always be able to count on me. I'm not going anywhere. I'm in this for the long haul."

Lulu looks up at him smiling "I feel the same way. I know that no matter what that our baby and I are very lucky to have you in our lives. Sonny,  I have to tell you something but I don't want it to say it only for you to.......... not feel the same way."

Sonny knew exactly where she was going with this as he leans in and lifts her chin so she can look up into his eyes "Honey, you don't have to say anything else. I know exactly what your trying to say and I feel the same way. I have feelings for you and I want to see where things go between us."

Lulu smiles at him as she nods her head yes "I have feelings for you too. I want to see where this goes. Your the man I have waiting for my whole life."

"What do you say we head to Greystone and spend some alone time together
just the two of us?"Sonny suggests while holding her hand.

"I'd love to. We better tell Georgie if we can get our order to go then." Lulu replies smiling.

"No, need to do that. I got your order right here and all ready to go. Again congratulations on the baby you two. Your going to be amazing parents." Georgie replies smiling at the new couple.

Both Lulu and Sonny smile at Georgie as Sonny takes her hand and kisses it. "Thank you for everything, Georgie. Here. Keep the change. Thank you for being on our side. We really appreciate it."

Georgie smiles at Sonny "Your very welcome, Sonny. If you and Lulu ever need someone on your side when it comes to defending what you two have all you have to do is call me and I'll be there."

Sonny smiles at Georgie before he turns his attention back to Lulu "Are you ready to go home, Ms. Spencer?"

"I sure am, Mr. Corinthos. Lead the way." Lulu replies before she leans into him kissing him on the lips before they pull back and make there way out of Kelly's hand in hand.
