For anyone who's feeling down, or depressed, or like they are a waste of space, YOU MATTER. You matter to me. I may not know you in real life, or I might, but no matter what, YOU ARE WORTH IT. YOU MATTER. YOU ARE A BEAUTIFUL HUMAN BEING WHO DOES NOT DESERVE TO FEEL LIKE THEY ARE NOTHING. Because you are so much more. Please, hold on. Breath. Focus on something good. Maybe it's a friend, or a food you like. Don't think about the bad stuff. If you do, it will get inside your head. If it does get inside, don't listen. Those voices and opinions don't matter. You do.
Trust me, I know how you feel. I've been there so many times. And it's bad. It's not a nice place. So don't think about it. If you find your self thinking about it, distract yourself. Read. Eat. Watch TV. Draw. Just ignore all the bad thoughts. Push them away. And yes, i know it's so much easier said than done, but you have to try. I believe in you.
