***Ethan's P.O.V***
I was done with the teachers today. So I walked home. When I was passing Scarlet's house I heard her screaming. I run up to her front door. I open it and see her dad punching and kicking her. I run into her house and pull her dad off of her and start punching him until he gets knocked out.
"Ethan?"
"Yeah, it's me you're okay." I tell Scarlet
I walk up to her and pick her up and carry her bridal style out of the house.
"Where are you taking me?" She asks
"I'm taking you to my house I don't trust your parents." I tell her
We walk home. I'm still carrying her bridal style. We walk into my house and I see Grayson sitting on the couch. He sees Scarlet and rolls his eyes.
"What's that slut doing here?" Grayson asks with an attitude.
"Her Dad was beating her when I was walking past her house, so I went and got her." I tell Grayson
Scarlet was sleeping in my arms.
"I'm gonna go clean her up she is bleeding pretty bad ." I tell Grayson while starting to walk up the stairs
"WAIT! Can I see her I want to see how bad she got hit." Grayson yells
I start walking back down the stairs and take her over to Grayson. He sees her bruised arms, legs, face, and stomach. You could see the guilt on his face.
"Her parents did this??" He asked very emotionally
"Yeah." I respond dryly
Scarlet starts to move around in my arms and she starts talking.
"Please don't hurt me. Please I'll do anything."
"STOP IT HURTS STOPPP" she screams
She then sits up quickly in my arms and starts looking around very quickly.
"Where is he?" She asks very scared
"Where is who?" Grayson asks her
"OMG- you guys are going to kill me??" She says quietly but terrified.
