Chapter 16

Jadas POV:

As i look in the mirror i am more then happy with the change to my hair. It's not what i said I'd do to Perri, it's better. I got it dyed a dirty blonde colour, took 2 inchs off the end and now part it slightly off centre but not completely to the side. I love it, and i hope Pel does as much as i do. He texted me saying to go shopping in the mall across the road beause he has a surprise for me that might take a while. so thats exactly what im about to do. as i leave the hairdresser after paying and thanking her profusely, i walk across the orad and into the shops immediately going into TopShop. in TopShop i buy; jersey airtex panel bodycon dress, lace hem slip dress, strappy cross back maxi dress, midi ribbed trim dress, stripe midi shirt dress, deep V bralet, Lace Bralet, wrap front bralet, moto washed black leigh jeans, petite moto bleach wash super ripped jeans, black ottoman wrap skort, leather a-line skirt, black biker mini skirt, ROMY padded strap sandals, RATED metal tip sandals, JOY kitten heels, GUEST wedge shoes. deciding id spent more than enough money today i stopped myself there even though it was extremely difficult. to distract myself from the beautifulness of everything! i decided it was time for something to eat, so i went and got a chicken and salad wrap and ate it sitting in the food court area which is actually quite beautiful, and waited for Perri to text me. 

just as i finished eating i got a text from Perri saying that he was 2 minutes away from the entrance so i walked there just in time as he pulled up, so i jumped in the car and smiled at Pel as his mouth hung open. 

" close it before a fly wanders in, its not very attractive to have fly breath" i say trying to lighten the mood, as i buckle my seat belt. once im done i turn to Perri and raise my eye brow as to ask why we are stil just waiting infront of the mall. he breaks out of his trance and starts to drive as his right hand reached over the center console and grabbed my left, i smiled as i squeezed his hand back finally feeling safe again with him right next to me. 

" well that is not what i was expecting but you look so beautifully baby."  he says as he sideways smiles to me as we pull into the drive way for the apartment. once he parked and my blushing subsided, we got out of the car and he immediately took my bags and grabbed my hand with his free one. we made our way up to the apartment and went inside, Perri locking the door behind and being mr extra-cautious like he has been for the past however long its been that he has known! 

i grab my bags back off of him and make my way to the bedroom to put the shoes away and then grab my dirty clothes so i can wash my new clothes with them in one go. walking back through the lounge room to get to the laundry i see Pel on the couch glued to his phone but i just keep going wanting this washing over and done with (if you cant already tell i despise washing! its the worst thing ever!) i put the washing in the soapy death trap and turn it on. walking back into the lounge i go and sit on Perri cause he is warmer and more comfortable than any couch that could be made by anyone, human or greek god. i snuggle into him as he moves his phone so he can see it still not really paying me attention but letting me get comfortable on him. i look up at the screen seeing he is playing 2048 on MY phone and not his.

" oi! when did you grab my phone?" i ask not wanting him to beat my high score, he better not! 

" when you dropped your bag at the door and i remembered you had this game" he says still not looking at me, way too into this game. i huff and give up any hope of him putting it down unless he failed the game. so i just wiggle in his lap to get more comfortable than i already am and end up sideways with my knees to my chest and one of my arms around my knees while the other is next to my head on his chest. after a few minutes of my drawing random patterns on his chest he sighs and puts my phone down then wrapping me in his muscular arms that make me feel safe. we sit there for a while until i break the gorgeous silence...

" i saw a gym around the corner..." i say knowing he will be skeptical as too why im saying this. and im right when he looks down at me and raises that perfect left eyebrow of his. " i wouldnt mind going to it and... boxing. letting off some steam." i say slightly shy but i dont know wy. wow i've become pathetic!

" well then, lets get dressed and go!" he says picking me up and running to the bedroom causing me to laugh and cling to him like there is no tomorrow..!
