Chapter 13

Jadas POV:

" When was this sent?" Simon asked getting up from his desk, taking my phone and leading me out of his office down the corridor.

"Only minutes before I got here" I reply shakily.

"Okay. Why don't you go in my office and call perri? Ask him to come and get you. You shouldn't be alone right now. I'm gonna have one of my tech guys look at your phone and when he is done which will hopefully be soon ill give it back" si said rubbing my back. I just meekly nodded and turned back to his office.

P- hello?

J- hi

P- jada? Is that you? I've been trying to call you for 15 minutes! Are you okay?

J- I'm fine. I'm at Simons office. Can you come. Please..?

P- ill be there in a minute. Don't move.

[ end]

He sounded so worried, I don't like his worried voice it makes me sad.

What am I going to do? I worked so hard to get away. I know I didn't exactly pick the best career to hide from someone in but. I had to have this career. It's all I can do. But why? What ELSE does he want. Isn't what he's done ENOUGH?!

While in the middle of my thoughts and being spaced out I got picked up out of Simons chair and sat on a lap. I snapped out of my daze and looked up to see big beautiful brown eyes. At the sight of them I broke down in tears and cling to perri. He seemed shocked yet worried yet curious. Here he is sitting on the couch with me huddled on his lap clinging to him like there's no tomorrow while crying my eyes out. I'm a mess.

" Perri, good your here. " Simon says walking in. I don't dare look up.

" What's going on Simon? She sounded scared and sad on the phone. I get here and she is in a daze in your chair. I pick her up and she looks in my eyes then just starts crying she hasn't stopped. Tell me what's going on!" Perri says tightening his grip on me.

" Her father. He texted her. He has found out more. I don't want her alone at all, until further notice. I have my assistant who Ada is friends with, at her house packing a bag. You two will stay at my east London flat, you'll take my car from the garage as well. And I have new phones for you both. With all your numbers in it. I want you two to be careful. My flat has a studio, so jada you'll still be able to do your thing if you want. I know how important music is too you. And perri, on the roof is a big space, you can dance up there. There is also a garden. Groceries get dropped off once a week. Just make a list every Tuesday. " Uncle si says. I feel perri nod and then reach out and grab something from Simon.

I still don't look up. I've stopped sobbing, but silent tears are still flowing. As perri gets up he still carries me out of the office and down to the garage. When we get to the car perri puts me in the passenger seat and buckles me up. He goes over to his side and gets in. He takes his jacket off which I then take and put over my little bundled up body on the seat. I look up at perri and he smiles meekly at me.

"Don't worry babe. I've got you" he says, and I believe every word. We drive silently in the completely blacked out car, over protection Simon ?, to the flat. But I have a bad feeling. Something is gonna happen, I just don't know when or what....

Worst chapter to have ever existed!! But it leads to much more ;)
