I don't remember
how many times
I pumped your chest.
But I remember questioning
my self
If I what I did
was the right thing to do
to save a life .
Your heart rate stopped,
(FLAT LINE)
proclaiming another death.
The monitor alarms,
before I even got the chance
to revive your life back.
