Chapter 18- Dat ravine doe!

Jordan's  POV-  

It feels good not to be someone i'm not. We were separated into groups of two. Me and Ryan went to mine down to the cave. The scars on my arm are healing better in minecraft than in the real world! ! Anyway, i grabbed my pick-axe and started mining some coal. 8 pieces, nice! I'm probably going to find absolutely nothing! I have a horrible experience with mining. Just when i thought i was gonna give up. I heard a yell... Not Ryans. "Hey Ryan and Jordan!" We heard Preston's voice. We were looking for where we heard it. I go around the tunnel, and my eyes are as big as fists. A ravine. Not any ravine, it connected to Preston and Jerome's part of the mine. "Hey, dood!" "Hey Preston!"

"Where's Ryan?" He said just as Ryan came around the corner. He took one look at the ravine. "Holy ores!" "Preston?!" Said Jeromes voice. 

"Oh, hello there!" he said.

"Haylo!" i said

We stood there staring at the ravine. That thing was absurd! "Well, lets not just sit here, I'm throwing the water down! LEZ GOOOO!!!" Screamed Ryan.

All four of us went down the thing. Me and Ryan took one half, while Preston and Jerome took the other half. 

"Since we can probably hear each other, we just scream names if we're in trouble! Cause Ya know, Echo, and such and..." Said Preston, awkwardly ending there.

"....."

"Well, Bye!" I shouted. Ryan and I walked without hesitation. Immediately Ryan found a small patch of red-stone. While he mined, i checked my inventory. 3 iron picks, a bucket of water, and iron sword, An axe, some string, 2 stone picks, and for some weird reason, a red mushroom. Okay then. I opened my eye's. Ryan a few blocks ahead of me. I parkoured over 2 blocks of lava. "Dem parkour skills doe!" Shouted Jerome from the other side. I forgot, he had the eyes of a hawk with binoculars. "Thanks Dood!"

"Jordaaaaan!" Ryan whined. "Yeaaas?" "I'm tiiirreeedd!". "I know me too babe." 

"Lets take and inventory check!" He said. "Kay!" "I have 35 iron, 64 redstone, 13 gold, 56 blue poop, and 4 diamonds. a bunch of string from the mine-shaft, a name-tag, 2 saddles, and a piece of bread."  He had some pretty good loot!

"I have 26 iron, 53 redstone, 15 gold, 64 blue poop, 6 diamonds, a bit of string, some gunpowder, some melon seeds, a bit of coal and a rail." 

"Sweet, you wanna smelt it down here, or wanna wait and go back up?" I asked him. "Let's go back up, i can't stand staying down here for much longer!."

We kept screaming Preston and Jeromes names until we heard Jerome's voice.

"WHAT?!?" He screamed. "COME BACK WE'RE GOING BACK UP!!" Ryan yelled. "OKAY!" Screamed Preston. "WELL AREN'T YOU GONNA COME!?!?" I screamed back. ''FINE!!" Both Preston and Jerome screamed. "WILL YOU GUYS STOP YELLING!?!" We heard. It was a very familiar voice. "TIFFANY? DAWN?"Screamed Jerome as he walked towards us. "YES! JUST STOP YELLING, YOU GUYS ARE WAKING UP BATS, GOD!" Yelled Tiffany.

"Sheesh! Grouchy!." Mumbled Preston, as we made our way back up the water stream and into the cave. "I heard that!" said Tiffany from around the corner. "Sorry...." He mumbled.

"Preston it's okay, just don't wake up the bats." said Dawn as she walked around the corner. 

"Hey, does anyone know how to leave this place? Asked Ryan. '' Dude, just follow the torches!" Jerome told him. 

"Well, in that case i guess i ca- RACE YOU!!" And he took off. All 5 of us followed him jumping over water and such. 

As we surfaced, none of us could breath, all of us were gasping for air. "Can't- *gasp*- Breath -*wheeze*- Ryan-*huff*- Why! -*pant*" I asked/died.

"Cause I'm hot and I do what I want." He said, somehow breathing normally.

"Yeah you are..." I mumbled. 

"What?" said Preston.

"Nothing!" i said immediately. The rest of them can't find out, not yet.

As everyone else emerged from the mines, we all went home. Me and Ryan ,obviously together, put the stuff downstairs, in the designated places. As i opened the diamond chest, i swear, my heart skipped a beat. 4 STACKS!!!! NO WAY! Mine baby mine!

As night fell, i had a piece of steak and some baked potato and some milk. I slipped into bed with Ryan. 

"Night babe." He said.

"Night, i love you." I blushed when he called me babe. He turned to face me. "I love you too. He kissed my cheek, then we both fell into a deep sleep. Or so we thought......

Sorry have'nt updated, kind of busy, tell me what you think of this chappy. I'm kind of busy with school, exams and music and such. Tell me about this chapter in the comments section. Sorry for the small cliff hanger, but i have something majorly, umm, major coming up, that's amazing, but no spoilers.
