The bell's rang off from the distance. A chance has been lost. All Joseph could do was just stare at her walking away to class. Curse my everyday actions.

He clenched his teeth very hard he could feel the soft texture of his teeth from the disappointment. What more can life give him if opportunity doesn't show for him?

As he walk back, he could swore already what face Serge would make.

"Don't worry. Maybe in class you could spend--" Serge started not long after just to be interrupted by Joseph.

"No. No more trying. Maybe it isn't meant to be. Maybe its my destiny" Joseph sound a little more distraughted than his common self.

"It's just 7:50 am you have plenty of time to commence" Jean said hoping for some spark on Joseph to be fired.

"With the hurricane that's approaching, I don't think so. I'll have plenty of time to rethink for myself in that hour" Joseph said as he begins to walk to the classroom.

"First girl you like eh. After a month of school you still haven't found a way to talk to her. I was hoping some of your tv shows would help" Manter exclaimed hilariously making Jean and Serge to laugh a little.

"Shut up" Joseph said narrowing his eyes towards Manter. Serge and Jean woke the sleepy Michael who was snoring in a wall totally unaware on them talking.

"Uhmm uh so... Did he banged" Michael said totally dubious of what happened while rubbing his weakened eyes.

"What? No" Joseph said frowning at him. Maybe he was lost in another dream. Typical Michael.

"Rejected?" Michael asked cautiously at Joseph as he gets up from the wall.
Making Serge,Jean and Manit to raised their eyebrows to Joseph. Making him feel uncomfortable.

"Late. Very late. Now come on we need to go to class before teacher pass out papers for us".

All of them followed Joseph towards their class in the second floor of the school. Joseph held a little breath while walking and reaching their door. All he could think was how embarrassing he made himself feel. But still there's a hurricane coming. And a very dangerous one.

As they enter the class. The teacher raised an eyebrow from her desk towards the five of them. It was the history teacher. Ms. Fernandez, a short stature woman. Probably same stature as Joseph as in 5'8 height.

"Good afternoon" The teacher said sarcastically towards them. Probably because they ran a tad long late.

"Sorry teacher. We were hold back a little bit" Joseph said without saying anything that would bring questions

"Funny. Cause I could swore you boys were down there still. But I'll let you through, only this time because there's a hurricane approaching and you gentlemen wouldn't want to miss a class".

Serge gave a small sigh as he smiled a little. Jean and Michael just padded each other in the back as Joseph gave a sigh aswell. Manter just went to his chair and seated.

The class went great and learned a lot from history, but Joseph still didn't have the focuse. He just was there holding the pen and grasping it hard to the paper. The teacher would sometimes ask him a question and gave the correct one though still corrupted.

As 9:20 passed, it was time for another class. Science. The place where he was a little uncomfortable since his chair is seated besides Jessie. Though he forced himself to not look at her.

Science went back how Joseph expect. Exhausting one. Joseph only really liked History and Theatre. As he passed his notebook to its backpack and went to leave his book towards the locker. The most unexpected person approach him that Joseph had to sustain a smile to be serious.
