I glanced at the clock hanging on the wall of the living room.<3:00pm> I had reached home on the dot.
"Mum!!" I called out. She was nowhere to be seen. 'Maybe she went to the mart.' i thought. I sat on the couch, thinking about what i should do.

I went out for dinner after i finished doing my schoolwork. As i walked down the street, i saw Seulgi and Jimin walking into a ring shop and i went in as well.
"Hi miss, you're here with your boyfriend?" i heard a staff asked. 'What?! He's not her boyfriend!' I went towards Seulgi, wrapping my arms around her and pulled her towards me. "Hey babe." The employee understood and apologised to Seulgi, "Sorry, miss. I shouldn't have jump to conclusions." She bowed to us before asking, "So, what kind of rings are you looking for? We have......" She said, as she showed us the displays.
"I wanted to surprise you but you found out." Seulgi said disappointedly. "It's okay. Let's choose the rings together." "Err...I'll go first." Jimin said, sounding a little jealous after seeing us together.
I turned and said, "Yeah, you should." "Nice to see you again. Bye." I said with sarcasm before turning back to look at the displays. "Bye Jimin!" Seulgi bid him farewell, not sensing the tension between us.
After 20 minutes, we came out of the shop wearing the couple ring. My ring engraved the words "슬❤️완" (Seul loves Wan) while Seulgi's is "완❤️슬" (Wan loves Seul).
