26. Ryland Imagine: Another One? (shorslovebug)

Tori's P.O.V

"Argh." I groan as I close the door behind me, throw my keys on the counter and lay on the couch. I close my eyes for a good 10 seconds before standing up and taking off my heels, untie my bun, quickly make a BLT sandwich, grab my bag, and head towards the dining table with my laptop.

Half an hour later, Ryland comes back with a smile on his face so big it would be impossible to wipe it off.

"Hi babe." Ryland greets as he comes up behind me and plants a kiss on top of my head.

"Hi." I reply, focused on my work.

"How was work?" Ryland asks as he takes a bite from my half finished BLT.

"Apparently not worth it since boss made me redo the article for Monday." I sigh, stressfully as I type my sentence.

"Babe, you gotta take a break. You barely ate your sandwich!" Ryland points out.

"Your right." I give in as I shut my laptop screen down. "I do need a break."

"Great!" Ryland exclaims. "I'll go prepare us a lil' something. You, go get two bottles of wine and our iPad." He winks before scurrying upstairs. I follow his instructions. Once I come back with everything Ry requested, I hear him shout from the bathroom, "strip and come into the bathroom with the stuff."

I roll my eyes. "I swear Ry-if your idea of relaxation is sex I wi-a bubble bath?!" I nearly screech as see Ryland in our bath tub, bubbles surrounding him. He smiles as he nods.

"Your the best." I kiss his cheek. I angle the iPad correctly against the walls of our tub and the shower wall, turn on Netflix, pop the wine bottle open, pour some wine into the glasses, and then I hop into the tub.

"Wait, Imma take a picture." Ryland says as he reaches for his phone that was laying ontop of the sink.

"rylandlynch: Mah bae @{whatever your Insta/twitter name is} got stressed out so I made her a bubble bath!"

"You're so sweet, you know that?" I ask him as Ry posts the picture.

"I know." He smiles, cheekily.

*2 weeks later*

I groan as my head hits the keyboard of my computer. My phone buzzes, indicating that someone's texted me. I check my phone to see that my wonderful boyfriend texted me.

"How's work babe?"

"Exhausting, boring, beating the living hell out of me." I reply.

"Lol when we get home do u wanna relax?" He asks.

"Can we have another bubble bath?" I propose.

"Another one?"

"DJ Khalid!"

"Okay, no time 4 jokes; but that was a good 1" I giggle.

"Ik. C'mon, you know you wanna... 😏😉"

"It's true; I do... 😖" I giggle once again.

"When we come home, I'll prepare everything. Cya in 2 hours, baby."

"Bye <3" he texts back. I smile. What have I done to deserve such an amazing boyfriend?
