One month later after the prologue...

It was only a calm night at Varielles family fun center with not so many people their except me and two friends, Casey and Jasper. It was a whole lot of fun there. We've spent almost all of our tokens playing various types of arcade games with about ninety tokens and counting, also spending on photo booths and rides. Well anyway, we came here to test my gaming strength because I have a huge passion for playing and having fun and hanging out. The only problem is my strategy at paying attention to your next move as well.

After spending all that much on our tokens, we decided to spend the last of our money to get an extra fifty tokens, and why do we have so many tokens? Some of the arcade's consoles require about four to eight tokens to play, which is quiet strange. Suddenly, we found something really in our way. It had a horizontal revolving wheel with some color plates and holes on the side. One of the plates had a jackpot symbol on it. The jackpot was worth five-hundred tickets.

"Wow, whats this supposed to be?" Casey told me pointing at this machine in from of us.

"Oh! That is the Asteroid Drop, make that ball drop on to that big jackpot slot and win this huge plethora of tickets." I explained.

"Whoa! That's a lot of tickets!" Jasper said in astonishment.

"Who would like to go first?"

"Maybe me." Jasper stepped forward to the machine and slipped his token in the slot. He carefully watched the wheels slot, hoping to aim for the target. Once it came, Jasper pressed the drop button but the ball hit the edge, bouncing all over until the ball entered the twenty ticket hole.

"I got twenty, not enough." Jasper sighed and took the tickets.

"Me next." This time, Casey stepped in next to place his token in the slot.

"Is this your last token?" I was concerned.

     "No,"

Once the time has come to drop the ball, he pressed the button but his ball was close this time; and went to the fifty ticket hole.

"Yes! Fifty fifty," Casey jumped in excitement, swiping the tickets from the slot.

"Good for you, I only have one more token left." I grinned as I slid my last token onto the slot, slowly. I suddenly started to feel my heart thumping fast and my nerves tickle me underneath. I knew Casey and Jasper were suddenly starting to cheer on me.

"You better win the this jackpot, please Ruby pleeeease!?" Casey was already feeling butterflies inside and holding his huge smile waiting for me to earn the big reward of five-hundred tickets.

"Alright." I sighed with sweat. "I'll endeavor, I know you wanna see me win. Here it comes."

I concentrated on the movement but I was shaking and sweating so I simply wiped it off and stared right at that jackpot slot until it reached the balls target. then I closed my eyes and pressed the drop button. I heard no bouncing noises but a huge bell being stuck and a voice saying, "You got the jackpot."

"Hey! Won't ya look at that?" Casey squealed and jumped all over.

"Hooray! You did it!" Jasper jumped in excitement.

Only I was a little bit perplexed to hear some people looking right at me cheering. But I felt no touch on me until I looked below to see the ticket slot spewing so many golden tickets that thy were impossible to count. Usually I'm very honest at how many tickets there should be, like, if they are not the right amount, I wouldn't take them but save some for later but you really need to play the game in order to win these. But I was right, after letting the tickets slide out of the slot, I grouped the tickets into tens, then, fifties, then hundreds, and... It turned out to be the one that I needed.
