Perfect Model °Evie

Yn POV 

I know that I'm bigger than the average girl. Fitting me into dresses or other formal outfits is a challenge for designers in Auaradon. Being the daughter of Tiana and Naveen I was surrounded by food. A formal event was being hosted by King Ben to celebrate the accomplishments the VKs have made. 

I couldn't wait for the party, but I realized that I had nothing to wear. My friend Jane was too busy planning the party to help me out. A few days before the party, I decided to ask Evie for some assistance.

As I was walking to her dorm, I saw people whispering. I kept walking, I couldn't let them see me cry. That would only give them satisfaction. When I got to Evie's dorm I took a deep breath and knocked softly. 

  Evie POV

I heard someone knock on the door. I got off my bed to go answer it. "Hi, I'm Yn. I heard that you were making formal outfits",  she said nervously. "I am. Is there something you need", I asked slightly curious. "I well um. . . I need a dress for the party King Ben is hosting ", she answered rubbing the back of her neck. 

I allowed her to come in. Yn saw the outfits and smiled. "These clothes are amazing. You made these", she said astonished. "Yeah, I could make one for you too", I replied. Yn's smile faltered. "Are you sure that you'll be able to make a dress for me. I'm not like other girls Evie", she answered. 

I lifted her chin up so she would look at me. She blushed at how close we were. "You are special Yn. Those people who gossip about you know nothing.  I never back down from a challenge and you are the perfect model for my new clothing line", I said grinning. "I-I've never been a m-model before", Yn muttered. "Can you meet me here after school", I said. "Sure I just need to tell my parents", she replied. 

I grinned and hugged her. "That's fine with me. I just can't wait to get started", I squealed. 

Third Person POV 

With that, Yn left Evie's room with the biggest smile on her face in a long time. 'I never thought I'd see this girl again', Yn thought smiling ignoring the haters she had. As the day dragged on, lunch was right around the corner. 

The bell rang soon. Yn grabbed her lunch and sat with Jane and Aubrey. "Can you believe it Yn. Chad is so sweet", she said for the 100th time. Jane was trying to figure out what color palette to use for the party.

Evie POV 

"You can talk to her you know", Mal said smirking as I snapped out of my trance. "It's not that easy Mal. Yn is so pretty, she'll never notice me", I replied. Carlos and Jay rolled their eyes at me. "Carlos and I have a couple of classes with her . She talks about you nonstop", Jay answered . Carlos nodded and smiled . "Trust us Evie. She is into you", Carlos said. "You know what I should talk to her", I replied determined.

The other VKs gave me a thumbs as I went to talk to her . She looked bored out of her mind. "Hey Yn. Since your staying after school wanna go shopping?", I said smiling. "Sure , I can't wait to  see what you're gonna come up with", She replied .

Yn POV

I took note of Evie's smile. ' Why is she so beautiful? I need to see that smile again as often as possible', I thought grinning as she walked away. I couldn't stop grinning like a Cheshire cat after that. I was glad that my last period is right after lunch. I had Remedial Goodness with Mal.

Time Skip to Afterschool

I quickly left the classroom and went to Evie's room.  I knocked on the door and smiled . Evie opened it not long after . "Yn , please come in . I gathered a few colors . Excuse the mess", she replied . "Its fine Evie. My room is a lot worse. You went shopping without me", I pouted as I came inside. She closed the door behind her.

Evie's face softened. "I couldn't go after school since we have a curfew. Mal told me your favorite color is f/c right", she replied . I nodded and smiled slightly . "Yeah it is. If being honest, I don't have a date to the party", I answered sitting in a chair.

Evie POV

"I would go with you in a heart beat", I said .Yn chuckled at me."You can't be serious Evie , you're out of my league", she answered . "I have liked you ,since I first saw and your smile was so alluring . I thought to myself: 'I need to make that happen to her as often as possible'. Then I realized what I felt . I love you ", I answered.

Yn got up from her chair and stroked my cheek. "I never thought some as angelic as you . . . would fall in love with me", I whispered . I didn't know what came over me but I kissed her softly.

"Will you go to the party with me", I replied as we pulled apart . "I would love nothing more than that", she answered.
