                        THE NEW MOVIE

Rilee Valentine's POV

I run down the stairs, jumping off the fourth step and landing on the floor gracefully.

"Mom! I'm hungry!" I yell obnoxiously to get her attention but only for her to give me a mean look and put her finger to her lip, shushing me to be quiet.

I raise my hands in a surrender motion and realize she's on the phone. Oops. Oh well. I go to the kitchen to get some food because I'm starving and I find some Doritos.

I snack on those, while leaning on the counter, and wait for my mom to finish talking to the mystery person on the phone.

Once she finally hangs up I ask, "Who was that?" "Someone calling to ask if you wanted to audition for a new movie!" She tells me excitedly.

I hope it's not stupid like the last movie I acted in. I only had one line, like seriously? What's the point of being in a movie if I only get to say one thing?!

"What is it?" I question praying it's good. "It's called IT!" She says. What. Even. "WHAT!" "What's wrong with it? She pouts. "THERE ARE CLOWNS IN IT!" I scream.

I hate clowns and I always will! It started when I was in 1st grade.

/Flashback/
Little Rilee Valentine was excited to see what was coming to see her and the other kids in her class.

Suddenly, a clown walks in with the classic makeup and outfit.

Rilee runs to the girls bathroom and locks herself in a stall and cries. The teacher runs in and asks her to open the stall but Rilee refuses. The teacher, Mrs. Jones, calls Rilee's mom to come help get her out of the stall.

20 minutes later Lori Valentine arrives and tells Rilee to come out of the stall and she finally does. Lori checked her out of school and Rilee has hated clowns ever since.

/Present Time/
Mom starts laughing. "You're mean!" I tell her, pouting. "Clowns weren't even that scary back then but now they are terrifying! I'm gonna lock myself in the bathroom again when I see the clown."
Mom sits down because she's laughing so hard.

I giggle for a second before going upstairs and FaceTiming ,my best friend since forever, Libby Vanderwaal and yes she is Grace's little sister.

Libby finally answers after I called her 5 times. "What took you so long to answer?" I question laughing. "I was eating, retard." "Oh." I laugh.

"Guess what?" I ask. "What?" "No you're supposed to guess, fricktard!"
I roll my eyes. "Sorry not sorry. Anyways what is it?" She questions.

"I'm auditioning in this scary movie called 'IT' and it has freaking clowns in it! Kill me now!!!" "Why did you pick to do it then, retard?" "I didn't! The people making the movie requested me to audition because they thought I was a good actress I guess. I didn't even get to tell them yes or no because my mom said yes!"

"Hah sucks to be you!" "I know right!" I replied back sarcastically. "I gotta go, my mother is yelling at me for some reason. Bye girlfriend!" She told me. "Bye honey!!" I blew a kiss and ended the FaceTime call.

By now it was already 8:15 pm and I was wide awake. I decided to call my mom and ask when they start auditioning and all that jazz because I'm too lazy to go down stairs.

I hear her phone ring and her yell, "Seriously?" I laugh as she answers. "Heyllo!!" I say weirdly. "Heyllo. What do I owe this pleasure to be talking to the amazing, Rilee Valentine?" "I was wondering when we start auditioning for 'IT'?" I ask. "Everyone starts auditioning in 3 days!" "Okay!! Send me the guy's number that called you so I can text him in the morning and ask him a few things!" "Okay! Goodnight, I love you!!" "Love you too!"

I hang up and I get the phone number from mom. I started to get tired so I just went to sleep wondering who else was gonna audition for the movie with me. I pray that there are some hot guys to save me from the clown.
