Set after Swan Song

You swallow as you take in your surroundings; you're in a dark room tied to a straight back wooden chair. Everything becomes clear as Crowley walks in. You and Garth had been chasing demons trying to keep you busy. The hurt of losing Gabe had become so much more real after stopping Lucifer.

"Hello, darling."

"Crowley." You spit out.

"Well, if you want to be that way."

"What do you want?"

"Not much. I hear you've been going after my demons."

"And?"

"And, I want you to stop."

"No."

"No?"

You nod. "Well," Crowley smirked. "that's to bad."

He motioned toward the demon at the door. "Sadly, I have to miss what comes next. I've got a very important meeting."

Suddenly you're worried; anything that could make Crowley smirk like that was not good. Lost in your thoughts, you don't notice the demon Crowley motioned to had moved until you felt the sting of a cold blade slicing through your skin. You bite your lip to keep from screaming.

You've lost track of time and are surprised you're still alive when you finally scream. A bright, white light floods the room and the demon falls to the ground. You snap your neck up and sputter in disbelief. "You-you're dead."

"Sorry, I'm late." His voice is full of remorse as he unties you and sweeps you up into his arms.

He lays his hand on your head and you're immediately healed. "Gabe?" You ask. "You died."

"Don't worry about that. I'm sorry okay."

"I thought I was a goner." You admit.

"Hey," He smiles. "I'll always be here to save you."

You snuggle into his chest and honestly hope he's not lying.
