"Breaking news: recently, there has been a school shooting on October 13, 2017. We don't know at the moment who exactly is the perpetrator but some witnesses recognized him as a student. As of now, we are currently suffering with families of students who sadly passed along the shooting. During the shooting, over 2,000 students were injured and about 300 passed. The perpetrator fled the scene immediately after one last classroom. Unfortunately, the police are still after the killer. For now, this is from a professor of global history, Mr. Kim explaining what he had experienced, back to you Mr. Oh."
"This is Daesuk Oh, reporting live with Mr. Kim, the global history professor of Gangnam University. Mr. Kim what exactly happened today?"
"I-I can't exactly say. It was very traumatic to see my very own students injured before my eyes. We had no escape route, we were practically cornered. There was no way out. I tried my very best to keep all my students safe, telling them to hide in closets and under desks. We barely had any sort of protection. I tried blocking the door with my desk. We were all afraid. I don't want to think of any more. I don't want to remember of how two of my students died. I'm sorry Mr. Oh, I can't continue with this interview."
Taehyung shut off the TV. He couldn't take in what he had just watched. He remembered the messages Jungkook wrote and grew sick over the thought of him being dead. It was all too much for him. An innocent kid he met through a social app, dead because of some idiot kid going after a school. Taehyung shivered at the thought. He wanted to cry, he wanted to run off and find Jungkook, but all he could do was sit there and feel the pang in his chest.
A person he knew, most likely gone from the world and of course he'd be upset. All Taehyung could do was sit and stare at the weatherman.
