So i saw someone asked why couldn't they both die so they'd be together.
We'll I'm not going to go into that...but Laura sacrificed herself because she felt that Ross had so much to offer to the world. She believed that it needed more people like him.
The Epilogue was Ross letting go of his pain and hurt.
I'm totally for bubbly happy endings but I felt like I had to be realistic in this book even if the whole medical aspect of Ross sickness was whack.
Its fiction the shit doesn't have to make sense.
I had originally wanted a happy ending.....because heck, laura deserves it.
But the life laura had lived most times thy didn't get their happy ending most of them give up and commit suicide or something.
But Laura's character was so selfless after all the reason she was their in by he first place was because she sold her body to help mom .
Laura did send a video like she did the lynches to everyone she cared about like Adelaide, butch , her dad and others.
