Rose was very much aware of the bulls breathing furiously into her sides, each glaring daggers at the other. Having emptied the eighth glass of champagne in less than thirty minutes, she didn't understand how she was still able to stand in the mean heels in her feet. A waiter passed by and she contemplated grabbing two more glasses, she desperately wanted to be out already. Her jewelled hand rose up to make a pick but a rough, large hand grasped her wrist, disabling her.

Snapping her head towards the perpetrator that'd thwarted her mission, her eyes met Warren's. She had a mouthful for him with regards to his unneeded, protective stunt. The man needn't act like the caring, big brother. Rose had Leon already and she didn't need Warren playing that role. However, everything died in her throat instantly on seeing the cautionary glint in his eyes communicating clearer than actual words.

With one more glare towards the other man, Warren began to drag her away but a strong grip from an equally large but subtly rough hand clutched her other hand. Rose halted and so did Warren who looked everything a cold blooded murderer. "Let. Go." Warren warned between his teeth, his expression spooky.

The other man retained his cool exterior, his eyes boring into Rose's and not bothering to glance at his counterpart. "We have to talk, flower." The man said quietly but desperately begging her with his eyes. "Please," he breathed.

"You have nothing to talk about. Let's go woman." Warren had never sounded so barbaric before but the shiver that raced down Rose's spine wasn't an impact of displeasure. But Rose was never one to be manhandled by a man. Before she could say her mind, the other man did.

"Don't talk to her like that, man." It was plainly put across but his clenched fist if anything to go by, was a second from punching Warren across the face.

And trust Warren to provoke him. "And who exactly are you to tell me how to speak to my woman?" He taunted, his brow quirked for effectiveness.

Instead of the expected blow, the man smirked. A slow, seductive and confident smirk that Rose enjoyed staring at. "Your woman is somewhere beside a pretty champagne fountain watching you disgrace the both of you. What was the other question? Ah, who I'm I? The man Rose loves and not a bunch of you can change that."

The smug look on Warren's face made Rose shiver. "You don't need a bunch of us, I alone took her away. And please do explain to me why my secretary would feel disgraced by her boss defending his woman."

His jaw clenched and his fist tightened as he made to close the distance between him and a smug Warren. Rose blocked Warren from the other man's view. "Morgan," she warned.

"Hiding behind a woman, Mr Graham?" Morgan taunted smugly.

The other man didn't miss that Morgan hadn't mistaken his name. He'd purposely done so to provoke him. And he had succeeded. "Move away, love."

"Warren," Rose tried to pacify the fuming man. The imbeciles were really going to make a circus off her party. Oh, her father was really enjoying himself. Everyone was, these egotistical hooligans weren't going to ruin it all. Oh where was Leon when she needed him to beat these two to a pulp and throw them out?! She could feel a headache progressively develop in her head. She couldn't even fathom how the bigots had pushed her out of the way and were now staring each other down. She quickly squeezed between them again. "Stop! Stop it you two. In fact, get out!"

"Yes, get out." They echoed her simultaneously.

Rose's fists clenched, fearing she'd throttle the stubborn men. Sighing in frustration, she pursed her lips. "I meant," she poked both men's hard chests. "The both of you. Get out."
