Life As You Know It.

Week 32.

I've been havin Braxton Hicks for the past few days, and let me tell you, its no fun! Richie has been there for me, tending to my every need. We got settled in right away into our new house, and made the nursery.

The nursery was Blue and Yellow, because blue and yellow are pretty unisex. We had 3 cribs, and the names were over the top of each crib. We picked names and they all had two middle names. The names were Eleanor Piper Tate Andrew, Eden June Trinity Andrew, and Addison Ezra James Andrew.  Eleanor comes from the greek name Aliénor, Piper was my great grandmothers name, and Tate is the English word for Cheerful.  Eden means paradise in Hebrew, June was the month she was born in, Trinity was my Great,great granmothers name.  Addison means Child of Adam, it is english. Ezra is Hebrew for help, and James comes from the Genisis narative meaning of heel. Even better, the names flowed together.

I was ready for my babies to come anytime. I went to make dinner after getting everything set up. It was about 5:30 and I had a sudden urge to go to the bathroom. So I ran, no,scratch that. I waddled to the bathroom and went. When I went to flush, I saw that the water was pink-ish. I waddled to Richie, who was in the study that we turned into music room.

"Uh,Baby? I think my water broke...  And... We need to go."

Richie looked up from the track and the look on his face was priceless. I loved it. "Uhm, what do we have to do?" I told him to get the bags, which we already had everything in them and to take the baby carriers into the car.

We went to the hospital and checked in, and I never felt a contraction. Ever. After 10 hours, I was dialated enough to push. It was 3:30, and I Pushed 3 times and Out comes Baby 1. It was a girl. I held her and then she had to go get cleaned off.  I waited 13 more minutes, and  Pushed out another girl. She was beautiful. I did the same as my other baby girl, and i waited 17 minutes to push out Baby 3. He was very handsome. I did the same. It was such a beautifl thng to hear them cry for the first time.  The funny thing is, I never had an epidural, because my body didn't react thre same as some other womens bodies when the are birthing.

I got to see the babies 15 minutes after birth. Richie and I named them right away. Of course the boys name was Addison Ezra James, and putting name to face was hard on the girls. But we eventually got them named. The Girls were identical,they had brown hair, blue eyes, and Addison has blonde hair and Blue eyes. They were all beautiful in my eyes.

We had to stay in the hospital for 3 days to monitor me and the triplets, but It wasn't bad. I chose to breastfeed, and I pumped, so I learned how to do that. It was all unbelieveble. In less than a year I went on a tour with big name musicians, Fell in love, got pregnant with not only one baby, but three.
