Chapter 3: She's Missing

"Unnie. Have you seen Yeri?" Sooyoung asked Joohyun who was busy watching k-drama.

"Oh! She left a while ago." Joohyun answered as she looked at her phone. "It's already 8:36 though."

"What time did she say she'll go home?"

"I told her to come home before 8." Joohyun answered Seulgi who was with her also watching k-drama.

"Maybe she's on her way?" Seungwan suddenly appeared, trying to break the tension.

"Maybe.."

"She's not answering my calls too." Sooyoung fiddled with her phone.

Joohyun, who was walking around the room, massaged her temples.

It was already 10:17 p.m. and no sign of Yeri. The girls started to worry, they can't imagine something bad to happen to their maknae. She's just so precious to get hurt.

"Guys.." the girls eyes Seulgi who was looking down "I hate to break it down to you, but she's missing"

'Missing..? Kim Yerim of Red Velvet is missing?'

"No. Maybe she just lost track of time?" Seungwan hoped that what she said is true.

"I want to convince myself too Seungwan Unnie, but I.." Joy held her tears. "I think she's missing too."

Joohyun suddenly lost balance as she started to get dizzy.

"Unnie!" Seulgi ran to the elder and what she saw next is heartbreaking.

"Unnie, don't cry.." Seulgi helped Joohyun to sit at their couch. "Please.."

That's when Joohyun broke down. The thought of Yerim missing is scary, and what if something more happens.

"We need to tell the police." Seungwan suggested as she got her phone.

Sooyoung suddenly stopped Seungwan to fully dial the police.

"Wait." Sooyoung sternly looked at the girls before getting her phone.
