Chapter 4: I'm Not Her Boyfriend

Jin was busy eating brownies he bought from the newly opened bakery, when his phone rang.

Accept|Decline

"Sooyoung? What's up?" Jin was still chewing his brownies.

"Oppa..is there any chance Jungkook's there?"

"What? Why..?" Jin swallowed his chewed brownies and since he felt his heart ache.

'Sooyoung's finding Jungkook?'

"Uhm.. Yeri's still not home yet, I'm actually thinking if she's ever with Jungkook." Sooyoung shakingly said.

"Oh. I'm sorry. I'll check. I'll text you if ever Jungkook's not here."

Jin ended the phone call as he slips his phone in his pocket.

*knock-knock

Jin carefully opened Jungkook's door and witnessed Jungkook and Hoseok playing video games.

"Oh hyung!" Hoseok placed his controller down as he smiled brightly at Jin. Jin only nodded before calling out Jungkook.

"Maknae, do you know where Yeri is?"

Jungkook paused the game as he looked lazily at Jin.

"Why would I know?"

"Because you're her boyfriend." Hoseok looked at the younger full curiosity in his eyes.

"I'm not her boyfriend." He coldly scoffed before turning back to the TV and played.

Hoseok and Jin who was certainly suprised by Jungkook's statement, looked at each other. Hoseok felt the tension so he left the room, confused leaving Jungkook and Jin alone.

"Yah."

Jungkook didn't reply since he knows when he does, Jin will lecture him about his and Yeri's relationship.

"You're hiding something from us, yes?" Jin recieved silence. He eventually gave up as he turned back to the door. He held the doorknob, he opened the door before speaking.

"Make sure you won't regret this."
