Chapter 19: She Still Looks Beautiful

Jungkook stopped infront of an abandoned building. Something inside him tells him that Yeri's inside, waiting to be found. Jungkook being confident as he is, immediately went inside.

The building happend to have more than 7 floors. Every floor his heart was beating to much. Anxiety, Love and Regret.

Once he was at the floor at the very top, his heart felt like stopping. He saw a door, and something was carved into it.

'Save Me' it says.

The only words that made Jungkook break into pieces. He swung the door open before witnessing the most terrifying moment in his whole life.

Yeri was lying at the dirty floor, lifeless. Her lips were turning white, it has a small bruise beside it. Her eyes were closed and if you only look at her face, she looks like she was having a lovely dream. Her face was calm. Her arms and legs has cuts and bruises everywhere. She was wearing a light pink dress. Even all this, she still looked very, very beautiful.

Jungkook took slow steps towards the girl.

'That's not her.' He thought.

'That's not her' he repeated.

Once he got a closer view, his mind and heart was stopped. He wanted to keep repeating that the lifeless girl was not Yeri. But no, it's her. He bent down and hugged the corpse. His eyes started producing tears. He started shouting 'why's?'.

'Why did Yeri left me.?'

'Why did she sleep, the kind of sleep that she know she won't wake up?'

'Why did they hurt her, but hey! I hurted her too.'

'Why did she die?'

And before he knows it, everything became white.
