In the city of Matan, a chemical scientist is kidnapped by anarchists bent on destroying all sense of order in the world. They force the scientist to make Pandorax, which splits Matan into three distircts ; Tavan, Kavan and Savan. From the Pandora...
" What, do you think we control Faust?! " An old man yelled, standing and staring at a hologram of an older woman, both being dressed in business attire. The woman had the Kavan symbol next to her head.
" No. But it is in YOUR district! You should be able to control it- " The woman began, but was cut off as Leon walked between the man and the screen. " We're organizing a military response to deal with Faust! We know that it showed up in Savan aswell! Just leave it to us. You can still make the meeting. " Leon yelled, the woman sighing. " We'll see. " The woman stated coldly, the hologram vanishing.
" I wish you'd just leave that military thing behind. You remind me of your mothe- " The old man, Mr. Jones, began, but Leon interrupted him again. " Don't bring Mom into this! If we let Faust do whatever they want, we'll get walked all over! " Leon yelled, Mr. Jones grabbing his shoulder.
" You need to focus on the economy! That's the branch you were assigned to, so focus on that! " Mr. Jones yelled, Leon taken aback by his father's yelling as the old man walked away. Leon took out a small tablet, tapping the screen and speaking into it. " Meet me in the basement, Nick. We have to talk. " Leon growled, shutting it off and walking away.
In the base, Nick held up the Cobra Full Bottle. Leon swiped it from his hand, growling at Nick, who stared back, gripping his own Transteam Rifle.
" What do you mean, you want me to stop making Smash? " Nick growled, a bit of Nebula Gas leaving his body. " I mean exactly what I said. This is endangering Tavan. " Leon said, putting the Cobra Full Bottle into a suitcase.
Nick grabbed Leon's shoulder, shoving him down and grabbing the Cobra Full Bottle from the suitcase. " Tavan isn't important. We need to focus on developing the Hazard System for the Build System. Hell, I'll even use a Smash to bring down Kavan!" Nick said cruelly, Leon grunting and holding up the small pistol that went with his Transteam Rifle, slamming in the Bat Full Bottle.
BAT! MIST MATCH! BAT....BA-BAT....FIRE.
Steam surrounded Leon, clearing as tiny, black and yellow fireworks went off around him as he became Night Rogue. Night Rogue turned his weapon to blade form, running at Nick, who ducked and kicked his blade aside.
Leon blasted Nick, who fled the base, running out of the government building. Leon de-transformed, chasing after him. As they ran, Nick held out his gun, blasting a nearby child. The child fell to their knees, green gas erupting from them.
" No! " Leon yelled, running to the child's aide, but stopped as the small child changed into a Smash, knocking Leon away as people fled, screaming in terror of the monster. The monster shot out a blast of ice, encasing Leon's hand.
