Episode 2 : Gorillas and Diamonds, the Loving Birthday

" Why would you bring him here?! " Thomas whisper-yelled at his son, who grunted. Richard was looking around the lab, looking at the bottles.  

" Where else was I gonna take him? He's wanted for murder, pa! They would've taken him in and probably killed him! " Benjamin whisper-yelled back, Kevin poking Richard, Richard stumbling.  Lucy smacked Kevin's hand, Kevin sighing at her.  

" Hey Richy! Why'd you break outta jail? Doesn't that make your " I'm not a murderer " plea seem counter-productive? " Lucy asked, Kevin nodding as Richard sat on a rotating chair, biting into a twizzler that he had taken from the kitchen's personal pantry.  

" Well, I was threatened by some prison guards. They said that some guy named Night Rogue was gonna take me back into the ' Faust Smash Conversion Room '.  So, I beat my way through the guards and took off running.  After my first...experience with that room, I'm not going back! Never! " Richard yelled, Benjamin putting a hand over Richard's mouth.

" Shut up Boxer-Boy! People are eating above us, remember?! " Benjamin scolded, Richard nodding.  Thomas stepped forward, stretching. " So let me get this straight.  To avoid being experimented on, you broke out of prison and brought yourself into the limelight of the people who experimented on you? Really? " Thomas asked, Richard scratching his head and chuckling lightly.  

Kevin groaned right as Benjamin was about to make a joke, everyone looking at him.  The alarm in the room went off, Thomas and Benjamin looking around.  " That's the alarm for a Smash. " Benjamin said, looking at Kevin as he slowly turned into the Strong Smash.  

Benjamin reached for the Buildiver, but then remembered who Kevin was.  He stopped, running forward in his human form and shoving the Smash against the wall, Kevin banging against him and trying to get him off.  As Benjamin held on, Thomas ran forward with a syringe and injected the Smash with it, pulling out a bunch of mist-like liquid into the syringe.  

Kevin fell from the Smash body, which vanished into the syringe.  Lucy caught Kevin, who was tired.  Richard was already in a fighting stance, Benjamin holding out a bottle and letting his father take it, Thomas leaving the room with the syringe and the bottle.  

" So Kevin.  You were the Strong Smash, eh? Kind of makes sense with your personality. " Benjamin said, Richard gawking. " Smash and Full Bottles come from personality attributes? I wonder what Smash I could've been. " Richard wondered, Benjamin smacking him upside the head. " No you idiot.  I was just saying because of how tough Kevin is, that it's no wonder he got the Strong Smash form. " Benjamin scolded, Richard growling.  

" Some armored guy caught me on the way to get a treat for Lucy.  She's been working so hard lately..." Kevin mumbled, Lucy gasping and hugging him, kissing his neck. " Kevvy! " Lucy hugged her boyfriend, kissing her cheek.  

Richard grabbed his phone from the counter, having gotten it when he broke out.  He looked at Benjamin. " I have to do something.  I had a girlfriend before I got...y'know. " Richard said, Benjamin nodding as Richard stepped into another room while dialing.  

 Benjamin sat at his desk, picking up a new bottle.  " Hm...wonder if I had a girlfriend. " Benjamin said, his new thoughts being broken as Richard burst out of the room, having only gone in there a few seconds ago.  Richard grabbed a motorcycle helmet, Kevin's to be exact, and began to go up the stairs.  Benjamin stepped forward, grabbing his arm.
