She was walking down the hallway as Liam watched in awe, not even his best friend, Mason, could pull him out of the trans he was in as he stared at the way her brown hair bounced whilst she walked down the corridor.

She dropped her pen. "Wait, you dropped this!" Liam rushed, picking it up swiftly then handing it to her, if it was anything– even something dangerous, Liam would do it to look at the girl one second more.

"Thanks Dunbar." She smiled, taking it out of her hand and bringing her bag down to her reach so she could put it where it rightfully belonged.

"N-no problem." His cocky act quickly vanishing as he blushed a deep red. But his attention soon wandered over to the gorgeous junior walking down the steps towards them.

Her and Liam locked eyes, before Kira fell down the stairs, but held a smile as Liam rushed to her and asked "Are you okay?" To which she replied "Yeah, you wanna go to a party tonight?"

Liam looked back between the two girls only to see Maci had disappeared as Kira still lay on the school floor which made him frown. Like Jacob Sartorius (or whatever) could've filmed sweatshirt in that very spot.

Maci just stood there, unable to move as the berserker moved closer to her. Maci hadn't had the burning desire to live and survive until this very moment, she knew she wanted to grow old and have a family and not die young before finding love.

"Maci!" Scott yelled, shaking her. Lydia, Stiles and Malia all standing above her with shocked expressions as they saw claw marks against a teacher's desk, preferably from her.

"What did I do? Did I do this?" She pointed to the pool of blood on the floor, that only she could see. It was followed by handprints that trailed up the classroom door that Kira was currently blocking people from entering.

"Maci, you're hallucinating, there's nothing there!" Scott shook her once more, she looked up to his eyes that matched hers before pulling him into a hug so she had a shoulder to cry on.

"Maci!" Liam yelled, followed by Kira walking in as if to apologise for letting him in.
He knelt down to her side where she just looked up at him, broken. All she could see was the berserker staring back at her.

"Get away from me!" She scooted away from him, panicked. Scott and Malia could smell the rush of sadness that went through Liam as she said that, it was mixed with her fear.

"Maci, please." He begged, reaching out to touch her hands but she quickly slapped them away out of fear.

"Liam?" She quickly took notice on how she was seeing things and pulled Liam into a tight embrace before muttering a "Sorry."

"It's fine." He murmured back into her shoulder and rubbed circles soothingly on her back "I was just worried about you."

Stiles, Scott, Kira and Malia just watched as the two calmly spoke to each other, it was as if Liam hadn't noticed them yet as the girls' presence was all that seemed to matter to him– as if she were the only girl in the world.

"Liam, we're not alone." She told, as Liam began to get lost in her eyes and lean closer, pointing towards the group of 4 who stared eagerly for the kiss they were about to share.

"What are they doing here?" He spat, clutching his fists together but instantly calmed down at the touch of Maci's hand.

"They helped me." She stated, rubbing her hand up and down Liam's arm to stop him from doing something he might regret.

''And we can help you too.'' Scott said gently, slightly moving closer with his arm in front to show he wasn't going to hurt him, ''Something's happening to you.''

''Nothing's happening to me. Nothing!'' He yelled before taking Maci's arm and speed-walking out of there.

''Are you okay?'' Maci asked, she could hear his heartbeat beating a mile a minute. He turned to her and his face instantly softened, but she could see that Liam was still angry so she pulled him into a warm embrace as pupils passed them in the hall.

''Better, thanks.'' He smiled, he didn't know why (nor she) Maci calmed him down and why his pulse raised by just the sight and sound of her voice.

I don't know if I'm moving too fast with Maci and Liam. I think their ship name is Dunker (Dunbar and Walker). So I like this book cover hbu? Might change it so it's better soon but whateverrrrrrrr.
