Liam sat in Kira's car, the music unheard as it sang at the volume of 3.

''Can you turn it down?'' He begged, clutching his hands into fist to stop himself from going wolf-crazy on what he thought to be a human girl, who had no clue about the supernatural— even if this was Beacon Hills.

''You want me to turn the music up?'' She looked at him in the rear-view mirror before turning the volume up a bit more.

Liam looked up at the full moon with worry, what if he was a wolf— what if he is a werewolf?

''Who'd you say was coming to this party?'' Liam questioned out of nowhere, even if he had already invited Mason, who most likely invited the whole freshman year group.

''Uhm, everyone!'' Kira smiled, her voice in-between convincing and unconvincing. Soon, the car come to the stop and left Liam confused on why nobody was here except the vehicles which belonged to Scott and Stiles.

''Where is everyone?''  He questioned, slamming Kira's car door and hesitating to move as he was suspicious of what was going on.

''They're here.'' Kira paused, ''It's a small party.''

''But you said everyone was coming.''

''They're late and we're early.'' She grabbed his hand and led him into the doors of Lydia's grandmother's lake house ''Yay, party!'' She enthused but the 'happy' and 'innocent' facade she held up quickly vanished as she muttered a ''Sorry.'' before walking over to the other juniors.

''And what are you?''

''For a little while I was possessed by an evil spirit, it was very evil.'' Stiles 'bragged'.

''But what are you now?''

''B-better.'' He stammered.

--

''Hey, are we in the right place?'' Mason asked, alongside Garrett, Maci and many other students, ''For the party.'' Garrett added.

''Absolutely.'' Lydia plastered on a smile and turning to the side to gesture for them to come inside, not yet noticing Maci who had just passed her as she was locked on Mason's arm.

As the two freshman's barged past sweaty teenagers with red solo cups in their hands. Secretly, Maci was hoping to find Liam, who had invited her to the banshee's party.

''Hey, have you seen Liam?'' Mason asked the strawberry-blonde, he had recently ditched his brunette friend as they agreed on it being easier if they parted ways if they wanted a chance at finding Liam quickly.

''No,'' She replied, balancing two glasses of what they thought to be wine before accidentally dropping them, causing a huge red spillage to welcome the white carpet.

--

On the other hand, Maci also had no luck, she had been ignoring the forced pushes towards the boat house, but had finally decided to go down there.

''He looks so young.'' The familiar voice of Kira Yukimura spoke.

''He is, he's only 15.'' Scott told, still not acknowledging the presence of the fourth heartbeat in the room. Maci just decided to sit down out of sight.

''So how are you so good at staying in control on a full moon?'' She questioned in a flirty-ish voice.

''Most of it's making sure my pulse doesn't go to fast and my heart rate doesn't go up.'' He said as they swayed to the music they had put on just moments ago.

''So you've mastered it?''

''Still takes a lot of concentration.'' Scott grinned.

''So if something distracts you..'' She trailed off and kissed his temple.

''I'm indistractable.'' He retorted witha hint of cockiness.

Kira didn't reply and just leaned closer until their soft lips touched. Maci held back a gag; she hated romantic stuff, and her parents— her adoptive parents, would always laugh as she covered her eyes when a kissing scene came on.

They stopped their long and passionate kiss, Scott then opening his eyes to reveal they were normal and not their alpha red. She then went towards his ear lobe and kissed it, Scott's face clearly showing he enjoyed it, when she pulled away she saw his eyes glowing.

''Nothing.'' He shook his head.

''Then why are your eyes glowing?'' She questioned, before Scott squinted his eyes in hopes to morph them back to their human color.

''Cheater.''

''I also just heard you growl.''

Scott then looked a little alarmed ''That wasn't me.''  He turned to face in the direction of Liam, where Maci had not yet looked in and saw he was awake, along with Kira; who also had a worried look masked over her face.

''Are those gonna hold him?'' Kira asked, pointed at the bolts that were currently restraining him from ripping their heads off.

''Yeah, he can't be that strong.'' Scott said with unsure-ness laced in his voice. As soon as the words left his mouth, Liam broke out of the chains and smashed through the glass window.
