Yep. This is how I picture him, that villainous piece of perfect garbage. Don't really know what he's doing in that etching, with one hand behind him and the other in a flirty pose, but I guess I can imagine him saying
"Oh reaaaally?" (where'd the quality go?! It looks a lot better in person, although I did just randomly draw this at 12:00 am. I am making great life choices.)
