Character 1 and character 2 have a connection at first sight and immediately begin talking. However, character 2's friend happens to find out and doesn't like this at all, seeing as the friend liked character 2.
Character 1 is a hunter. Character 2 is a - insert mythical creature -. Character 1 is sent out to hunt down character 2's kind and ends up finding character 2 instead. They meet eyes and character 1 can't find a way to hurt character 2 at all. The two end up falling for each other. Until the town begins to notice character 1's absence and they start following them, instantly repulsed by the two's love.
